The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

It was for that reason that I purchased a Trisys unit. Sadly, this was not a wise purchase. The unit has never worked well (it turns out that the analog phone system that we and most small businesses use is not a good "fit" for them - too bad they never said so when I was in the buying process). I've spent countless hours on the phone with technical support - who seem like nice enough folks. I finally had a chance to speak with the owner of Trisys - who after saying there was nothing wrong with the equipment finally admitted that there was problem but wouldn't ship out the repair parts because it was against "policy." Silly me, I assumed that the owner of a company set policy and understood when there was a need to make an exception. When the product works it is great, but sadly it is unreliable and small businesses need reliable tools to run their businesses. If you can, look elsewhere for quality-reliable phone accounting and recording tools.
