Ok, I've done TONS of research for a company to use when creating my tiny house. I've read all the…read moreblogs, reviews, Youtube videos, made a bunch of call to competitors, etc... I had to! I was about to make a dream of mine come true. Then I found Trailer Made- they will build you the best quality trailer out there plus design your shell. SOLD! Yes, I did have to get it delivered to the east coast, but for them to handle the entire process was so worth it. I worked mostly with Tracy. I knew from the first phone call that she knew her stuff, and that I would not be left in the dark with ANYTHING. After explaining my 24ft build, she suggested I upgrade to a triple Axel trailer because my build would have all wood and be extremely heavy- SO WORTH IT! Then there was the shell design- Kade was amazing to work with as well. Everything is so clear in the documents he sends you throughout the process along with the "rules"- road legal limits, necessary spacing between windows, etc. (along with making friendly suggestions along the way!) No surprises throughout the entire process- Kade will send exact dimensions of your shell for approval as well as a 3D computer file. I had so many questions throughout my build, but everyone at Trailer Made answered them. Its certainly not the cheapest company out there, but you get what you pay for- I will forever ONLY recommend Trailer Made not only for their trailers, but for their tiny house shells as well. And they deliver! Thank you for making my dream come true while having so much patience throughout my build. Its been two years and everything is holding up perfectly.

We have been out of our house for 14 months now and I believe ALM Abatements is a major reason why…read more They did not complete the full abatement of the house and left us with a great deal of abatement that needs to still be completed before moving forward. 1. They refused to deal with the HVAC system in my home; which was a major asbestos spill. Every Asbestos testing and removal company I have interviewed since is dumbfounded as to why they didn't abate the HVAC system and ducts. 2. They damaged my tile floor. 3. They damaged my drywall upstairs. 4. They provided false information to my adjuster about the removal/abatement of jewelry in the home and has made it more difficult to claim the Personal property cost owed by insurance as a result. 5. Mishandled sentimental Items that were supposed to be saved. Since the completion of Abatement. 6. Insurance approved the work and was late to pay so instead of working with the insurance company they sent me an intent to put a lien on my home. 7. When insurance finally did pay the insurance company sent me a check that had my mortgage company and ALM on the check. The mortgage company wouldn't cash it without ALM's signature and ALM ignored all requests to endorse the check so they could get paid. 8. Once I found a way to pay them off they immediately sent me another invoice for late charges that were the responsibility of the insurance company. The owner is Scott Tash. Once I brought up the HVAC system was still full of Asbestos he refused any further contact with me and has acted in a petty, unprofessional and predatory manner. I would advise avoiding this company and doing business with him.
