And then Gabriel, from Voda, impressed me with his knowledge, kindness, and PATIENCE because it took me a while to say a final yes. It was also done quickly, and we didn't even have to vacate the premises. I HIGHLY recommend the VODA company. So happy about my choice. Will recommend to others and other condos here in Miami Beach. As someone who does not trust contractors from our prior experience Restoration USA has…read moredefinitely turned our opinion around of what a good contractor should be. I am talking about John who is amazing and has great follow up. Our work with Restoration was finished in January and we were very happy with the results. There was just one thing that was fixed but really was not and I called John several months later and he came over and try to adjust it and realized it was going to be a bit more work. John sent over Alex who just started with the company( by the way he is awesome) fixed the issue with the closet door we were having. It was not a simple fix and Alex really worked at it until it was done correctly. To me that is what a great contractor should be even after the work is done you can call them after the job is finished and something was not done to your satisfaction that they will continue to support you which Restoration(John did) that builds trust and if we ever needed anything done I would not have any hesitation in calling Restoration besides I have John number on speed dial. Great people and company.

He is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and concerned. His workers share those qualities. He stayed on-site through the project, which helped in a positive way. It seemed like Jon cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I had high mold test scores from the mold inspector. After the work of Clean & Green Restoration, I now have a Certificate of Clearance for mold. Clean and Green Restoration earned that for me. Each step toward that certificate was explained fully to me. This company does it right the first time, working smart and hard. I only have positive things to say about Jon and his company. They were 100% reliable, 100% responsible, showed up as scheduled and had all of the right tools and equipment, What a pleasure when all goes smoothly, as planned. And usually that does not happen for me. I strongly would recommend the hiring of Clean & Green Restoration. I know you will be as happy as I was with their services.

Jonathan Morales is very comforting and very calming, which is so helpful during a crisis time. He gave me first class service, and it was done right the first time. He and his team show up on time and are ready to work hard. They are all pleasant, hard workers and all reliable. As the owner, Jon, stayed with his team making the job go smoothly to the end. Clean and Green Restoration was a very positive experience. He set the standards very high. He took tons of pictures (before, during and after pictures) which helped with the insurance claim. Clean and Green Restoration helped me to earn a passing test result on my Post-Remediation Certificate of Clearance mold test. I am just learning that a friend who hired a different company did not pass her test the first time. I highly recommend Clean and Green Restoration if you need these services. I know you would be happy with the work and end results. Jon takes pride in his work and seems to enjoy working hard. Unfortunately, I do not find these qualities in most companies.

He and his crew arrived on time, and he introduced us to JD and Alex. They quickly removed the old vanity and mirror with remarkable care to insure no damage to the surrounding room. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves. They job they did on the wall and plumbing repair showed a real level of craftsmanship well beyond what we had expected from a contactor on a job such as this. And the installation of the new vanity was faultless. JD and his team were true craftsmen, and the work they did set a benchmark to which we would gladly hold any other contractor. In Florida, however, when we need work done there is no other contractor than All-Florida for us. When they left we had a new room, and as a testiment to their work and demeanor, we were almost sad to see them leave. If six stars were available, they would have them, but we are limited to five.
