Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The owner's response was just have a stucco guy cover it. That really ticked me off. I am having another roofer change the plywood and the fascia, not covering the mess. I understand the rotten fascia is my responsibility but not the rotten plywood above it. Below is a photo of the rotten plywood taken from below where the crumbled fascia created a big gap and a photo from the roof when another contractor was replacing it and sealing everything so that the rain water flows into the gutter and not on the fascia board. If you are so keen on hiring this contractor I would recommend having a backup to take care of the mess afterwards.

They were always on time, very competitive in pricing and cleaned up entirely when done. I even feel as if they replaced more rotted wood then was originally quoted at no additional charge. I give them a perfect 10 from the original quote to the job completion. My daughter and her mother in law plan on hiring them for their new roof replacement next year. I highly recommend BMG and sincerely do not feel you need to go anywhere else.

FQR came as a highly regarded referral from close friends who also used FQR to install their new roof within the last 2 years. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them. Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

At 9 years 51 weeks we had a leak, 1st time. Once we tried to initiate a claim post water leak in…read moregarage we were told we failed to provide pictures pre & post yearly roof cleaning. I guess we missed that in the contract so beware. 10 year warranty VOID. We had cracked tiles replaced both by Allied one time, and another vendor once they were slow to respond and were more expensive. Yet another gotcha on warranty, so again in order to get the 10 year warranty you need to take pre and post pics prior to yearly cleaning and only use them or get their approval for a simple task like replacing cracked tiles, not roof repairs, but simple tile replacement. All along there was little interest in understanding or addressing the leak, Fix the Blame not the problem. They are indeed correct, I missed the gotchas on the contract, yet the lack of concern for a customer with an aggressive leak who never had a claim until week 51 of year 9 on a 10 year warranty is a concern. They did offer a quote for the repairs, NO site visit they were offering a quote based on 2 pics we sent them, I chose to pass, I advise all to do the same. If they truly believed the leak was from broken tiles they would not offer a quote from pics. They know the valley where garage and roof join is vulnerable, hence the 10 WARRANTY.
