My air conditioner failed, and my home warranty company resisted paying the repair cost estimates…read morefrom two different companies. The companies they used were very unprofessional and did not impress me with their knowledge. We finally decided to accept the warranty pay-out and choose our own company, and we chose Benfatti. We could not have made a better decision. Cory, the salesperson, explained all our different choices and guided us into selecting the right unit for our house. While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed. We feel absolutely comfortable that everything was done right and will last for a very long time. I cannot recommend this company enough; I'm just sorry we had to go through two other companies first.

The workers Shaun and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They installed my new AC in two days. It was 95 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot the attic was. We upgraded our unit and got a top of the line Trane. When we got back home it was already cool and everything was cleaned up. They answered all of our questions on how to operate the new AC. We have a10 year warranty and will be using Benfatti for our yearly maintenance. I would highly recommend Benfatti AC for your needs.

Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house. Thank you, Daniel and John! You made something that had me in a panic genuinely painless and I am glad to know you! Use Brooks Plumbing with absolute confidence.
