They said "no problem we have a shop, we'll repair those things" I called to follow up a few days later and they said "they tried everything they could, but the owner took it back" I was never told the vehicle was on on consignment or that the deal fell apart until I followed up. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Today, when I called to obtain my credit report April was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, she spoke over me. I was blamed for "being upset I didn't get what I wanted" For the record, I'm VERY grateful I didn't buy a car needing $2000 in repairs! I'd just like my credit report and some professional courtesy. I worked in the automotive industry for almost a decade and this was a next level abysmal experience. I hope the owner will contact me swiftly and resolve. ANY car (and especially here) that you're considering purchasing- get a 109 point inspection by an independent mechanic, Firestone is always great in my experience. Over the weekend me and my fiancé went to pacific city for a getaway and on our way back from our…read morehike my car died. my battery AND alternator were both shot and we were stranded on the side of the highway and everywhere around us was closed with no way to get my car home. My finance was able to find Sherwin and called him and he said he would be able to fix it THAT DAY! We got a tow truck to take us to his shop and he drove all the way to tillamook to pick up a battery and alternator for my car and once he got back he worked on it for a couple of hours and got everything back up and even noticed my oil was low and put more oil in my car. He was super sweet to us and even helped a handful of other people who had a flat tire while we were there. Not to mention it was Sunday morning when we had called him and he was in the middle of his breakfast and stopped to help us out along with other people who came across him. Seriously so thankful that we found Sherwin because I would've had to pay a lot more and had to wait a lot longer to get my car home. If you have any car troubles GO HERE!!!!!!

Denny Green passed away some time ago, his Son-in-law, David now runs the business. This is the first time I met David, as I live in Portland currently. He is a nice guy, an honest mechanic, and sticks by his quotes. I was visiting a friend in Netarts when I discovered the green drips. Made an appointment right away but had to wait a couple days to get seen. He gets a lot of business.
