K&M do their work in a timely manner. The most important feature of this business, and this is my opinion, K&M employs the only female mechanic in Tillamook. In my opinion, this is can be inspiration to young women looking for a trade that pays well, has good hours allowing you to support your family and spend time with you family. 24/7 was recommended to me for an air conditioning issue I was having in my Jeep Grand Cherokee…read more It had completely stopped working prior to heading home toward Portland that was having 104 degree temps. While four other auto service departments in Tillamook would not even talk to me, Jacob at 24/7 not only took the time to look at my car but realized it was just a fuse and replaced it in under 5 mins at no charge. As a single woman with her dog coming in with absolutely no clue what was wrong with the air conditioner, I could've easily gotten taken advantage of and I had completely expected to pay a lot of money to get the air conditioner running before heading home. I can't thank Jacob enough for being so helpful and genuinely kind. It really was extremely unexpected. If I lived in Tillamook, I'd go no where else for my car.
