I had these folks estimate a window replacement. I decided to have them do it and paid a 50%…read moredeposit. They called with an install date. As the date approached, they left a message that they couldn't make our original date and would need me to call and reschedule. I called- and called -and called. No call back. I went to the address and found that they had a fire in the building. I was never able to talk to a rep A friend told me they had moved to a temp location. I immediately drove there and was pleasantly surprised. The techs could see I was ready to loose it. They listened to me - and said let's go get this done. They came to the house, fixed the window, and dropped my stress level immensely! Shout out to those techs. They saved the day - and restored my faith in this business!

There are not a lot of choices in the Lincoln City area. I got one quote from Allways Glass and…read moreanother from a business in Newport. I decided to go with Allways Glass because they said they could install in two weeks. Long story short, it was almost two months before installation day and then they showed up with the wrong windows. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top! There was no apology or adjustment to price, just a LOT of excuses and some out-right lies. I would never consider working with them again.
