Kept my original rear view mirror, complained it was not mine and was much smaller than my stock one, manager got pissed off and grabbed rear view mirror and ripped it off the window causing new windshield he just installed to brake! Manager had bad temperatures and should not be working on anything that is not his own! Refused to give me back my original mirror!!! Now i have a broken windshield still and now no mirror! Should have called the police but decided to just take it directly to my insurance agent from glass shop! Let State Farm deal with the assholes!

And they WILL cut corners to save themselves time and money. The result is a sub par installation of your vehicles largest and most used safety feature, the windshield. If the windshield isn't properly seated, the adhesives won't bond and your biggest safety feature is now a giant health hazard. It just a matter of time until these guys mess up big enough to land themselves in legal trouble over a wrongful death.

When I picked up my car I asked for some info on the carnauba wax job he was supposed to have done. However, he didn't know the details, a young lady sitting next to him explained that the wax couldn't be applied to any plastic parts and it lasts for six months as opposed to the wash/wax that lasts three months. The price seemed even more outrageous after knowing that, the fact that my car is a convertible so there was no roof to wax, and the poor job of washing. Tim may be good at tinting windows, but don't go to him for detailing.

Drove around with a ton of alarms on the dash until they sourced a different one and installed it. Long story short, it was almost two months before installation day and then they showed up with the wrong windows. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top! There was no apology or adjustment to price, just a LOT of excuses and some out-right lies. I would never consider working with them again.

The work was sub par and the final finished panels were shoddy and sloppy. When I pointed out the…read moreproblems the guy only stated that they repaired the area that was dented, instead of showing any concerns with making it right. The panel weren't painted correctly and were masked off in the wrong areas - which obviously was done by an amateur or someone who was in a hurry to "get it done fast" the edges of my fender wells are rough and sloppy looking as are the insides of the truck's bed rails. It even looks crappy when you open up the gas door. I'm working with my insurance company to see what can be done but am very disappointed with the quality. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs unless yours is already a bit junky.
