2.5 months to do a carb job but checked nothing else…read morethey were asked to give the bike a full checkup and i get it back with overflowing water filled coolant reservoir and the bike running off the battery as the charge system wasn't functioning. the 4x4 wasn't engaging. So a 1000 bucks to do a carb job. i don't know this place is a hit or miss. and when you call them to explain what's happening and your disappointment do they try and fix it? no their response is the bike broke between me picking it up and getting it home. Customer service is definitely lacking at this place as i wasn't even asking them to fix it but to at least make it right somehow. Update: so I'm waiting for the part to fix the charging problem and I would start the bike at least once a week and now I started today and fuel just pouring out from underneath the carburetors from the job that they did.

But instead of confirming anything, they said they "couldn't tell" me if it was under warranty -- like it was some top-secret government file. I scheduled service with this company and was rescheduled twice. The first cancellation came with an excuse about equipment issues, but based on how everything unfolded, it felt more like they had overbooked and didn't want to admit it. The repeated delays wasted my time and completely disrupted my schedule. What concerned me even more was the pricing and package confusion. I purchased a premium package that clearly advertised exterior washing as included. When I referenced their own website, I was told there were additional add-ons required that were not disclosed upfront. After I pointed out what was advertised, they reluctantly agreed to honor it. In my opinion, that's misleading marketing. Be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing before paying because the pricing seems to change once you're already committed. I was also repeatedly offered upgrades that were supposedly "free," even though those services were already included in the package I had purchased. Throughout the process, there was poor communication. Calls went unanswered, and I was only able to communicate through text messages. When I was told someone would get back to me, they didn't. My second appointment was ultimately canceled as well. To make matters worse, the owner later tried to claim I was interested in services I never requested. Fortunately, our text messages clearly show that I only inquired about detailing services and never requested the additional work he suggested. As a fellow military member, I expected honesty, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I can't speak to the quality of their actual work because we never even got that far. What I can speak to is the poor communication, scheduling issues, and misleading package descriptions that wasted my time. Thankfully, I ended up going with Zebra Detailing instead. They were responsive, efficient, answered their phone calls, showed up when promised, and completed the work without any games or surprise charges. If you're considering this company, proceed with caution and save screenshots of everything.

Since this was my only vehicle for work, Shawn and his team worked tirelessly to get my car back asap. He even offered to get me a rental car if my car wasn't fixed by a certain time.
