Lulu worked with me and my step dad with all possible options to get approved for the car that I wanted. And so we did. She worked alongside with Carmella who helped us get our family cars when she used to work at Toyota. Adam the finance Manager worked closely with us when it came to purchasing the extended warranty to make sure that we are picking the right choice without breaking our pockets with our monthly payments. Everyone treats you like you are part of their family. After I make on-time payments I will make sure to comeback to this dealership to get an upgrade when the time comes. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone if you are looking for your forever ride, most especially your family car! Thank you Jerry Seiner Mazda for everything! This car means a lot to me and my kids!

I knew my car was still under warranty and that he probably wouldn't even be able to touch it, but I just needed someone to actually tell me what was going on. Jack took the time to diagnose it and figured out the real issue. Great communication the entire time, super honest and straight to the point. No BS, no trying to charge me for things I didn't need. He knew it was a warranty issue and still took the time to help me figure everything out. Seriously appreciate Jack for actually being honest and helping me when Kia wouldn't. Definitely recommend him!

I was greeted immediately, and the rest done in the spot, out of there in maybe 15 minutes. Look, this wasn't a big job. But I listened in like a spy to other things going on; and I'd give this Nevada Auto Center ++ for honesty and integrity.

He proceeded to tell me they cant take me in now because they got walkins. It wouldnt be done for at least 2.5 hrs. Why TF would you set an appointment for me and let others walk in before. Mind you the guy never made eye contact with me a single time and just stared at the computer not giving an absolute fuck.

Vehicle repairs are never cheap especially when its a major one. Regularly maintaining your vehicle…read moreand going with the recommended services is of course the best way to prevent those major repairs. Unfortunately, our 2016 Silverado doesn't have a "service transmission" option and valvoline, next door to Your Auto, didnt even look at the dipstick. So, needless to say, the transmission failed. Expensive lesson learned. Cal really worked with us to give us the best deal he could. I verified that the dealership would have been double the cost! For major repairs and brakes, Your Auto Service has worked on our vehicles for a few years. Our Kia needed brakes, Cal & his mechanics @ Your Auto did a great job and there have been no issues since! Our son has driven the Kia across country, twice, and the brakes are still amazing!! Again, our aging truck recently needed brakes and shocks, Cal worked with us on the costs & the trucks been running great since the repairs were done!! Feels like new!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cal and his team of mechanics! They are knowledgable and work to get you back on the road again quick!! I will be going back to Your Auto for just basic service now because Your Auto looks at everything!! With 120k miles on our ride, we don't want to risk anymore costly repairs. I trust Cal and Your Auto Service and thank them for their honesty and good quality work done at a reasonable price.

Did the positive reviews come from bots or friends? Because…read morethey probably didn't come from people who had to deal with this business. Very unprofessional as when I came in the owner was screaming (Not yelling) at someone over the phone and then hung up and changed 180 degrees when he was talking to me. That already gave me red flags but I needed my vehicle fixed. They then proceeded to misdiagnose my vehicle several times and even tried to claim that I had performed repairs and hadn't told them about it beforehand. I just called a tow truck and had my vehicle taken to another location. Again, I have no idea where the positive reviews for this place came from, but it doesn't seem to be from people who have done business with this place. Can't give ZERO stars...but I would like to.
