Well I will echo one of the other one star reviews. The young lady who begrudgingly greeted me when I entered the store (obviously displeased the I would interrupt her surfing social media on her phone) was quick to assert that the product I was looking for was not in stock. I asked if she could check the computer to see if it was at least listed so I could go to another store. She rolled her eyes obviously angered that she would have to perform a function she was being paid to do. She quickly state the they product was not available, would have to be ordered and would arrive the next day. I thanked her and left the store. It was obvious that this young lady made a quick assumption when I entered the store that I was an elderly man who knew nothing about computers and was irritated that I would ask her to check inventory. Training is the responsibility of management and it was obvious this person has no business dealing with the public given her attitude. read more

Every experience with this location has been terrible. Every single one. Either the line is out the door, they are not taking cashier orders and you HAVE to order online or the item is out of stock. Due to previous issues attempting to get items, I ordered online and upon arrival the item after waiting 30 mins in line, the item was not in stock although the website stated it was. I advised to the cashier I do not have the time to entertain a refund as my a/c is not working and I need to recharge. After calling a store and it not being in stock, they called another store with it not being in stocks. Of which then the cashier states "I can give you a refund" after just saying I could not do a refund for the order. The worst experience! I was looking for a specific product. The internet said they had one at this location so I went in. The kid behind the register didn't even know what kind of product I was talking about but said the manager Michael would help me but he was currently helping another customer. I waited 40 minutes and the manager said he would go find what I needed. He promptly disappeared and when he finally came back he did not have what I wanted. He told me to go to another store or he could have it sent to this location. I asked him when would he have it? He said tomorrow by noon and he would call me. Well. It is 7:00 p.m. The next night and I never heard back from him. I called the store and the person who answered put me on hold and then when he came back rushed me off the phone without helping me at all. He said someone would call me but he'd never asked for my phone number and hung up. This is not a good location to. They don't have enough help and someone waited on line while I was there to pay for an item for 20 minutes while that young kid helped somebody else and the manager was disappeared in the back. Other people came in and said they just wanted to ask a question but there was no one to help them. This store definitely needs more help. I will now have to go in search of my product at a different AutoZone or some other place entirely. I wouldn't even give them one star read more

This is the AutoZone on Washington in Buffalo I want to say they are 100% for customers I had several issues with my auto mobile The gentleman there his name is Michael first time I went I needed to buy a battery he put the battery in for me and didn't charge me anything the second time I went there I needed a headlight luckily I got Michael again he put the headlight in for me and didn't charge me anything the third time I went there I need a blower motor he put it in for me and then charge me anything The fourth time I need an wiper blades once again I got lucky and got Mike and he put the wiper blades on for me and I asked him if he would check my fluids for me thank God I was a half a quart low on oil I needed brake fluid I needed window wash I bought all the stuff and he put it all in for me and didn't charge me anything and he was very professional another time I went there and needing any air filter in once again I got Mike and I got the air filter and he put it in for me and I told him every time I come I offer you money and you won't even take a tip and I asked him if I could talk to his manager and let him know how good of a employee he is and Michael said I am the manager but it's not necessary we just wanna make sure that your car is OK and you're safe I sent all my family there and all my friends this is the best place to go they are very friendly and professional I wanna say thank you to Michael and thanks for taking care of all my family that go there they tell me about it every time they go and ask for you and our friends ask for you to and you take Care of them thank you Michael may God bless you read more

Brian and the other 3 stooges working there. AC compressor needed replacing. I only get 2 days off to deal with it, so timing is critical. On Thursday evening around 5 I give them a call. They don't have the part in store. But if I order "before 2pm, it's here next day by ten guaranteed " "But we can't get that for you by tomorrow as it's after 2" Fair enough. So there by Saturday at ten? "Guaranteed " Good enough for me. Next day I decide I'm going to grab a serpentine belt as well. While there, I double check on my order. He starts looking thru tiny envelopes for my name. He's looking for a package the size of a milk crate for the non mechanic. I remind him that it shouldn't be there, as I was told Saturday. I just wanna verify "10 am" ( mobile mechanic supposed to be my pad by 11) Confused clacking on keyboard. " yeah, should be" After 3 different people pick me up on hold on Saturday morning , I find out "FedEx don't come until afternoons on Saturday man. What can ya do? I don't control fed ex". - who took your order? I wasn't here. Is your policy order before 2 pick up by ten? "Yes". Then it don't matter who helped me does it? - well man, I can't control the mail. No, but you also knew Thursday when I ordered, Friday when I came in to verify times, that FEDEX ARRIVES LATE. Then Brian decides to get snarky and ask me if "I'm having a bad day, you sound heated bro" Are you fucking kidding me? I get it. You don't control the mail. But for all I know it was showing up on a AutoZone truck. Guaranteed means " don't worry about it". Don't guarantee if you can't deliver. Give REAL expectations. He then proceeded to change my lights and when running in to difficulty he asked his manager, Adrian to help. I have been here about 3 times (but I don't see my check ins). I've had my battery tested, which is so appreciated Auto Zone offers this. The last time I came in I needed the battery replaced. Before I came in I called to see if they had an affordable battery for 2015 Hyundai Accent, Mary answered the phone and was very professional and knowledgeable. Before that I had called Midas where I had taken my car for oil change, tire rotation & new air filters. So I called Midas first Jay the manager took my call and remembered me and that's why I felt comfortable with a quote from him......Wrong!!!! Didn't your mama tell you "Trust No One" hell thats even my motto. Well Jay quoted me battery & install $267.00 my dumb ass says okk I'll be right there!!! I know some of you are cringing. About that time I'm talking to a friend about it "She says" wth kind of battery is it? Gold? So needless to say at that moment I realized I was a sucka!!!! Oh lord not meeee I would never!!! Soooo that's what prompted the call to Auto Zone and yll I can't tell you how much they saved me. I got a new Duralast Battery 2 year warranty tax and installed $142.33 out effing door yll I am a single female who tried to learn from her older brothers about cars, so how thankful am I to this business. FYI I tried tipping Mary for having to come out of the store in 105 degree weather and install my battery. She was so awesome. I've always gone to the store. But to date an older gentleman was working at this time before 8 PM and he was extremely unhelpful. I asked about my Honda tail light to be replaced and he seemed bothered to look in the database. And then I proceeded to ask about a calendar reminder that I had about a battery exchange, he looked at me perplexed looking at me like I was crazy. I proceeded then to just wave away and tell him " you know what don't worry about it." I was so upset because I was trying to be nice to him yet he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. So he then said "I can get a battery exchange for you if you want to pull your old battery out but I'm not gonna help you out there." Mind you, when I got this fresh battery from AutoZone someone really nice helped me and told me to put a calendar reminder so I won't forget when the time came. I stopped by today for a battery check when I noticed my car started sluggishly as I was leaving work. Alex P. And is co-worker (I heard Alex call him Panda?) were very busy with some customers who were monopolizing their time.
