I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received regarding my 2017 Jaguar. When my rear light bulbs burned out, your salesman, William, helped me replace them with great care and attention to detail. My family and I are very grateful for his exceptional assistance. read more

Went in for parts and oil. I was greeted and offered assistance. The customer service representative looked up the items I wanted in a computer, checked for availability, and retrieved the items for me. There was an automatic coupon discount available for the 'bundle' of items I wanted. It was a quick and easy transaction and the digital discount was appreciated. read more

Well I will echo one of the other one star reviews. The young lady who begrudgingly greeted me when I entered the store (obviously displeased the I would interrupt her surfing social media on her phone) was quick to assert that the product I was looking for was not in stock. I asked if she could check the computer to see if it was at least listed so I could go to another store. She rolled her eyes obviously angered that she would have to perform a function she was being paid to do. She quickly state the they product was not available, would have to be ordered and would arrive the next day. I thanked her and left the store. It was obvious that this young lady made a quick assumption when I entered the store that I was an elderly man who knew nothing about computers and was irritated that I would ask her to check inventory. Training is the responsibility of management and it was obvious this person has no business dealing with the public given her attitude. read more

These guys were great! they helped me diagnose the problem and I am super grateful. thank you

Paul was amazing with changing out the battery on our car.Our battery had quit out of no where and I was able to make it to this location and the excellent customer service that I received was a 10/10. Not only were they highly knowledgeable, they were pleasant & professional! read more

The guys were amazing. The helped me get a battery jump box and a trickle charger. 5 stars!

Every experience with this location has been terrible. Every single one. Either the line is out the door, they are not taking cashier orders and you HAVE to order online or the item is out of stock. Due to previous issues attempting to get items, I ordered online and upon arrival the item after waiting 30 mins in line, the item was not in stock although the website stated it was. I advised to the cashier I do not have the time to entertain a refund as my a/c is not working and I need to recharge. After calling a store and it not being in stock, they called another store with it not being in stocks. Of which then the cashier states "I can give you a refund" after just saying I could not do a refund for the order. This store is just a disappointment and I would recommend avoiding unless absolutely necessary. Go to oreilly's or go to autozone on rainbow. read more

Michael and Jerry were great. They both are very customer friendly and helpful. They know their business and it shows. This was probably the most refreshing visit to an auto parts store I've ever experienced. Good job, guys read more

Harvey and Michael went above and beyond, literally have never experienced such kindness and and great service. Asked me questions to make sure I was okay. Will be coming back to this location only. Thank you!!! I bought my battery here and got taken care of! read more

Great service always. Super nice and helpful. I always have my batteries and wiper blades installed here.

I was helped by a man yesterday, beyond ways that he probably anticipated. Simple acts of kindness go very far. And I'm so thankful for how he treated me! I literally left in tears. All the knowledge I needed after a really rough day. Thank you so much autozone for hiring great people! Have no idea his name but if he sees this, I have hope this will lead to him! Went in for light bulb . Cashier said cash or card. Said cash It was $10.73 gave him $11.00. Change was .17 cent . He smile and told me they didn't have change. So he kept change and I left. So dont go there unless you have exact change. They probably won't be able to give you change read more

Always helpful. Always honest. Shout out to Michael J for helping me this extremely hot morning!

The worst experience! I was looking for a specific product. The internet said they had one at this location so I went in. The kid behind the register didn't even know what kind of product I was talking about but said the manager Michael would help me but he was currently helping another customer. I waited 40 minutes and the manager said he would go find what I needed. He promptly disappeared and when he finally came back he did not have what I wanted. He told me to go to another store or he could have it sent to this location. I asked him when would he have it? He said tomorrow by noon and he would call me. Well. It is 7:00 p.m. The next night and I never heard back from him. I called the store and the person who answered put me on hold and then when he came back rushed me off the phone without helping me at all. He said someone would call me but he'd never asked for my phone number and hung up. This is not a good location to. They don't have enough help and someone waited on line while I was there to pay for an item for 20 minutes while that young kid helped somebody else and the manager was disappeared in the back. Other people came in and said they just wanted to ask a question but there was no one to help them. This store definitely needs more help. I will now have to go in search of my product at a different AutoZone or some other place entirely. I wouldn't even give them one star read more

Brian and the other 3 stooges working there. AC compressor needed replacing. I only get 2 days off to deal with it, so timing is critical. On Thursday evening around 5 I give them a call. They don't have the part in store. But if I order "before 2pm, it's here next day by ten guaranteed " "But we can't get that for you by tomorrow as it's after 2" Fair enough. So there by Saturday at ten? "Guaranteed " Good enough for me. Next day I decide I'm going to grab a serpentine belt as well. While there, I double check on my order. He starts looking thru tiny envelopes for my name. He's looking for a package the size of a milk crate for the non mechanic. I remind him that it shouldn't be there, as I was told Saturday. I just wanna verify "10 am" ( mobile mechanic supposed to be my pad by 11) Confused clacking on keyboard. " yeah, should be" After 3 different people pick me up on hold on Saturday morning , I find out "FedEx don't come until afternoons on Saturday man. What can ya do? I don't control fed ex". - who took your order? I wasn't here. Is your policy order before 2 pick up by ten? "Yes". Then it don't matter who helped me does it? - well man, I can't control the mail. No, but you also knew Thursday when I ordered, Friday when I came in to verify times, that FEDEX ARRIVES LATE. Then Brian decides to get snarky and ask me if "I'm having a bad day, you sound heated bro" Are you fucking kidding me? I get it. You don't control the mail. But for all I know it was showing up on a AutoZone truck. Guaranteed means " don't worry about it". Don't guarantee if you can't deliver. Give REAL expectations. And to blow smoke up my ass for two days, or being so grossly incompetent that they forget ( separate employees separate days mind you) is ridiculous. Smart ass attitude should be instant fired. Even with today's employee needs read more

I came in to change my headlights. Cam helped me from start to finish, looking up the make and model of my car to get the correct lights. He went as far as to finding a cheaper option for me. He then proceeded to change my lights and when running in to difficulty he asked his manager, Adrian to help. They were both very clear about it being an electrical issue and Adrian directed me where to go from there. Very nice and informative men. read more

I stepped in to grab a new steering wheel cover with my mom. It was supposed to be a quick little venture, but my mom and I were pleasantly surprised to receive both great service and a show. We certainly did not expect the impromptu stand-up comedy from one Mr. Harvey R., but were entertained nonetheless! Mr. Harvey was so kind and helpful--and hilarious to boot! He made what was supposed to be a relatively forgettable trip into a memorable and humorous one instead. Thank you for your kindness and laughs, Harvey! I hope you continue to put happy smiles on others' faces. read more

I'm so glad Auto Zone is here on this corner. As we know the Las Vegas heat can really wreak havoc on our skin, and even worse our cars/trucks. I have been here about 3 times (but I don't see my check ins). I've had my battery tested, which is so appreciated Auto Zone offers this. The last time I came in I needed the battery replaced. Before I came in I called to see if they had an affordable battery for 2015 Hyundai Accent, Mary answered the phone and was very professional and knowledgeable. Before that I had called Midas where I had taken my car for oil change, tire rotation & new air filters. So I called Midas first Jay the manager took my call and remembered me and that's why I felt comfortable with a quote from him......Wrong!!!! Didn't your mama tell you "Trust No One" hell thats even my motto. Well Jay quoted me battery & install $267.00 my dumb ass says okk I'll be right there!!! I know some of you are cringing. About that time I'm talking to a friend about it "She says" wth kind of battery is it? Gold? So needless to say at that moment I realized I was a sucka!!!! Oh lord not meeee I would never!!! Soooo that's what prompted the call to Auto Zone and yll I can't tell you how much they saved me. I got a new Duralast Battery 2 year warranty tax and installed $142.33 out effing door yll I am a single female who tried to learn from her older brothers about cars, so how thankful am I to this business. FYI I tried tipping Mary for having to come out of the store in 105 degree weather and install my battery. She was so awesome. Shame on Auto Zone for not allowing tips to these hard workers in a "tip state" (she said tip)!!!" If they do get tipped they have to put it in the till. Shout out to the man you see pictures here with Mary. He felt the need to help out, even thought Mary didn't need it. My heart grew big. After he was done I hugged him told him thank you & Vegas Strong read more

My bulb-out light came on while driving so I stopped in here for a replacement and a few other things. I've always gone to the store. But to date an older gentleman was working at this time before 8 PM and he was extremely unhelpful. I asked about my Honda tail light to be replaced and he seemed bothered to look in the database. And then I proceeded to ask about a calendar reminder that I had about a battery exchange, he looked at me perplexed looking at me like I was crazy. I proceeded then to just wave away and tell him " you know what don't worry about it." I was so upset because I was trying to be nice to him yet he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. So he then said "I can get a battery exchange for you if you want to pull your old battery out but I'm not gonna help you out there." Mind you, when I got this fresh battery from AutoZone someone really nice helped me and told me to put a calendar reminder so I won't forget when the time came. I am just extremely upset, and surprised since other customer service people that work there were courteous and friendly. This older gentlemen apparently seemed bothered to help me in particular. read more

I stopped by today for a battery check when I noticed my car started sluggishly as I was leaving work. Alex P. And is co-worker (I heard Alex call him Panda?) were very busy with some customers who were monopolizing their time. They made sure the more difficult shoppers were taken care of while making sure the others waiting were comfortable.
