Not only is it fun (yes, you can have fun, but be respectful), it is an incredible work out that makes you want to keep coming back. I have lost 2 pants sizes already and I am still going! Regarding some of those negative reviews... please take accountability for yourselves and your actions...when you are a group of young girls coming for fun or a bachelorette party, you need to book a private class. Most of us in there take this seriously, it is a workout, it is our hour to decompress from the stress of life. So when you come in and are rowdy, not following directions, and causing a commotion, it's disrespectful and we are going to say something to you. You don't go to 24 hour fitness and act crazy, this is the same, respect the class/instructors/and others around you. Elizabeth is an incredible instructor and human and if she was "rude" to you, it was because she is running a business and you are being disrespectful to her and her other clients.

I now take classes everyday and look forward to going to the gym. My previous workout was simply spin class and treadmill time but Coach Kelly introduced me to a brand new workout and it's been a complete life changer. I was nervous…read morewalking in because of past experiences I've had with dance studios in Jax--many were clique-y, filled with professionals who already knew the routines, or just there for money and not the passion. This place is anything but!!! We did icebreakers before starting class so we got to know people, we're broken up into groups ahead of time (so people like me who didn't know anyone at the time didn't feel awkward finding a group to join!) and just got right into it. Beautiful women of all shapes, sizes, ages and colors were there and ready to dance! The positivity and high energy made it easy to let go and to learn the steps without feeling self conscious. I left class feeling happy, sexy and couldn't wait to go back. I almost feel like I found a secret club of amazing women. Class times are mostly at night (6, 7ish pm) and vary in style. I love that you can sign up based on songs! I literally just look for songs that I love and choose that night to go. There are classes with variations such as "heels optional" or "removable clothing item" which make it even more fun. A great way to workout and add to your weekly routine. The owner of the studio is a mom and veteran herself which is just the sweet cherry on top.

They all seem to have a slightly different style, and I could understand how someone might develop a favorite, and I loved having a well rounded experience where I seemed to get something different from each instructor. If you're a type a personality like me, come ready to let go, have a really fun time and not take yourself so seriously.
