Horrible company. Absolutely no customer service and refuses to honor their 5 year "warranty." They…read moredo not follow Ohio Building Code for roofing flashing, nor do they care about the quality of their work. They installed a new roof even though I was missing flashing under my stucco. Instead of letting me know to fix that issue before installation, they caulked where flashing should've been. In addition to ignoring the missing "Z" flashing under the stucco, they also failed to install regular flashing. This has caused water to get behind my stucco, and into the interior walls in my home. It's rotted the wood around my windows and structural boards within the damaged area, resulting in over $8,000 in damages. They declined to send anyone out to look at the issue even though I was still within the warranty period. I was also never able to speak with anyone who actually does the work, but I had many conversations with the office manager, Karen. She admitted that, yes, ethically they should NOT have installed my roof until the flashing was fixed, but they do the job they were hired to do and that's it. Rugh's will not take any responsibility and my insurance company denied the claim due to the roof being improperly installed. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY WORK.

I was impressed with how Bone Dry presented themselves and just had a good feeling about calling them. They setup an appointment with a salesman Gordon Rodgers and he was very nice and helpful with determining what the house needed and what we wanted to be done. Price was reasonable and we received discounts depending on certain things which helped. Scheduling was easy. The day before the roofing crew came out I was given a courtesy call who to expect and supervisors name . The next day the crew came out and began working at once to make sure things would be covered for safety to the landscape and windows. Program director appeared to make sure the crew was on schedule and helped out with getting things hauled away from clearing the roof. Supervisor came to help with directing the actual install of the roof and later the chimney flashing. When all was finished , the crew did an exceptional cleanup up of the surroundings . Appreciated their bosses came out to check on how things were coming along and if I had any questions. Liked the fact that pictures of each step of the process were forwarded to me until they were done. Work was done nicely and very satisfied. . It's reaching the point where I may need to get legal help to break the contract so I can hire another company.

Communication throughout this process has been poor. Despite raising these issues, it has now been over a month and the problems with the windows still have not been properly resolved. We also used this company for siding, and that portion of the project went much better, which makes this experience even more frustrating due to the inconsistency in quality. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the windows and door, we would not choose this company again and wish we had gone with a different provider.

My new house needed some cedar siding boards replaced due to wood bees. I have mixed feelings about…read morethis review. I got their advice on painting vs stain then found the prior owner's paperwork. I told them I wanted to stain the boards. They delivered some boards that were pre-painted and had to replace those so I could stain them. The installers were nice and came on time. However, they didn't have a paint brush to do the touch up work. When I got home, I found they hadn't replaced both sides of the dormer. Once I talked Warren, he found that it had been missed on the work order so they had to bring another board that I had to stain and schedule the 2nd. trip. I kind of had to keep emailing to keep the project moving forward, although I realize it is summer and I was a very small job. I will try them again next spring to have a siding checkup and hope it is easier. All nice people and reasonably priced.
