Pricing was a little high, but the plumber was able to fix an electrical fault with the new disposal unit on the fly, which I was super impressed by! The new unit wouldn't turn on despite the old one still turning on, and when they fixed the electrical fixings inside the new unit it worked right away. Plumbers like DJ are top notch in their field and understand the equipment very well! They installed the InSinkErator Badger 500, which cost roughly $125 for parts plus $500 for labor. Aloha Yelpers! I needed to have my bathroom faucet and shower heads changed so I started my searched on Yelp. Yelp gave me a "project" option to provide what I was looking to have done; in turn, Yelp sent this to a handful of companies (around 6 of them). Dynasty was one of the first to reply. Among the other companies, there were 2 "big companies", but I was hoping to support a small local business. There was a total of 3 smaller companies, who replied back. It really came down to the estimate provided, the star rating on Yelp, AND the feedback written from previous customers. Dynasty it was! It was a Friday afternoon that I left a message that I would like them to help me. Monday morning Kamalani called to confirm my appointment with them; they were able accommodate the day and time that worked for me. DJ arrived and was able to replace the bathroom faucet. He slammed me with texts about screwing up his schedule, and went on and on about getting paid for the quote and work done prior to estimate. AMAZING SERVICE! Was worried that we started to have a slow toilet clog between Christmas and New Year's...how would we be able to find someone. I put out a message request here on Yelp and selected a few plumbing companies. All responded within a few hours but most of them gave me a canned response of needing to call them to schedule. Another company said they would call me soon (it was night time), but when they called me (2 days later) Dynasty had already come and fixed everything. Dynasty wrote back to me quickly and answered all my questions here on Yelp before I scheduled an appointment, which I was also able to do through my Yelp messages. Our main water cut off was leaking and we needed to get it fixed before it got worse. I got mutiple quotes from yelp and Dynasty came back as one of the most affordable. I was a little skeptical because sometimes you don't get the best quality for that price. So I checked the reviews and decided to use them. I was so glad I did , DJ and his worker (Hansen, I think) did an amazing job. Very professional, quality work and did the best job not just the fastest job. They had to cut out a piece of our driveway because the cut off valve was under it (not the best design) but instead of just repairing it and putting everything back as it was he ended up moving the valve a dirt area to make it easier to access!!
