They…read moreshowed up an hour late, the workers drill died so we had to hand tighten bolts, and I ended up having to jump the installer so he could get out of there. Then they try to tell me it will be $800. Pure trash. It's cheaper and easier to get a hotel and wait until a decent mechanic is available. Red is a POS. When I told him it was an outrageous price he informed me he didn't care, he'd just take whatever I wouldn't pay out of his installers cut... just unbelievable business. NEVER USE THEM.

The insurance company had already informed me that it had been totaled. The nice young man who is one of the three people who run the place was so concerned about my husband walking back and forth to retrieve items from the car that he did the lion's share of it himself. Additionally, he removed the plates for me as the insurance company asked. I was so impressed. Ernie & Cindy out in Robstown at Mcwha-Fischer Trailers were super helpful and answered all of our…read morequestions during our first visit with them. Very nice folks. They're very laid back and not pushy at all like how all the car dealers are in Corpus. After our first visit, we took our notes home and then went then back to see a few weeks later about a new trailer purchase. We had a great experience purchasing a much needed larger trailer from them. We originally had a big box store 5'x8' trailer and we needed to upgrade to a larger trailer as how things go, we kept getting more stuff to help us clear out some property. They are out in Robstown, in the Country, so they are on Country time. We may have been lucky and they were there (open) each time we stopped by. Heck, whenever we called them up, they'd call us right back shortly after. Please note: When you think you have enough trailer, go a little bit bigger (if you possibly can). It's better to have a little more trailer than to one day find out you don't have enoughnot have enough as your needs and equipment changes. These folks are now our go-to "trailer" folks. Highly recommend they become "your go-to trailer folks" too.
