Tabatha quoted me a price then told me it would be a few days. It was very overcast and humid. She explained that to do the job properly it needed to be over 70* and dry as possible. 8 days later the conditions were ideal and they came out to repair. I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name, he was great and explained the process and why they wanted to wait. How often do you have a company insist on doing the right procedures, and not just do a job. Especially on a vehicle and customer from out of town.
