ACRV is a top service provider. Had them come out on next day request to install awning covers. Peter took care of the problem in less than hour. No service call charge. One hour labor. Great service. Will use again if needed. read more

ACVR was wonderful to work with. They responded in a timely fashion, quickly diagnosed my A/C problem and repaired it at what I thought was a reasonable price. read more

I've had ACRV out twice since I've been at Mustang Island State Park. 1st was to replace my AC motor. They came within 24 hours after I called, had the motor on the truck, installed it in under 30 minutes...how COOL :) is that? 2nd time was to repair damage to my tire well as a result of a blown tire. These guys did a fantastic job. They fabricated a new 'well' with aluminum sheeting, replaced some wood pieces that were damaged, caulked & sealed inside and out and applied flashing tape to the underneath to further waterproof it. I recommend ACRV 100% read more

We have dealt with ACRV for years and several thousand dollars later. Bought a new heater/ac floor model November of 2023. Sixteen months later it died. We paid $5800. for it. They jerked us around for the paid receipt so we could apply the extended warranty. Finally go that. Ordered through another local RV service only to find out the unit is $3800. not the $5800. that we paid ACRV. ACRV is a rip off. We are finished with them. read more

ACRV is really top notch. Every time we have had a problem, they have been right out to fix it. Just today our bedroom AC went out. Within 2 hours, we were back up and running with a new AC. Highly recommend for any RV issues in the coastal area. read more

We called them for an issue with our trailer brake indicator from our truck and a broken toilet flange. We told them that we had already had a tech check the wires with a multimeter (cost only $75 with someone else) and that the truck was checked at the dealership and what we needed was someone to check our wires underneath for cringes and possibly replace our 7-point umbilical connection. They weren't willing to replace the umbilical cord, so proceeded to do a really costly multimeter check again ($160) and tell us to bring it into the shop: we don't have the luxury of another place to go so not an option. They did jack up all of the tires (without warning us to, I assume, check the brakes). No problem, but just warn us. But they set the tire back without the leveler and it put a stress on our stabilizers. They did fix the toilet flange (cost $120) and took all of 5 mins, but we get it. We thought we may have had a roof leak issue, so they spent 10 mins on the roof. And they sealed NOTHING as the owner said in the response (another $60) All in all I felt that they didn't hear me or want to fix the issues that we have been the most perplexed with and charges us $380. And we are all of 1.5 miles from their shop, so why charge the $10 fuel charge? I felt ripped off. Unless you are desperate, have anything done after leaving the island. read more

Had an inverter go out. Stopped by the shop, ordered a new one. Price was a bit more than Amazon, but I expect that from a repair shop., and he got me the part in under 24 hours... Jeff the repair guy called and set up a day to install. They called again to see if he could do it a day earlier! They picked up the part and installed it in the fading sunlight. At the end, I was holding a flashlight for them, but they wanted to get the job done. Would I call these guys again; hell yes. Would I recommend them, hell yes. When dealing with repairs You only get to chose 2 of the 3; quality, speed, price. These guys are fast, and good. I am completely happy. read more

My AC was broken and they came out, helped me with the warranty paperwork needed by my manufacturer, and replaced the AC. Eddie the tech answered all my questions and even helped me with my fridge that didn't want to run on propane and explained how to get it to work. They were out a few days later working on my neighbors water heater and made a point to ask me how my AC was doing. Super reasonable price and minimal charge for the mobile service call. This is an excellent (and better, honestly) alternative to taking your rig in to the dealer. Great experience when I needed help. Highly recommend!!! read more

We had ACRV work on our 5th wheel twice. The 1st was with a leak under the a/c. Peter diagnosed and corrected the issue. No further problems. The 2nd was to have our wheel bearings checked and repacked. Jeff accomplished this in a professional manner. The pricing for both cases were very reasonable. I recommend ACRV for their great service. read more

Jeff and his guys did a great job. He tried returning my call but I was having a nap. Because he was close he decided to just stop in as he thought we may just be outside. They found the problem with our rear slide very quickly, had the motor on hand and replaced it. Just like that we are good to go! Thanks guys for an amazing response time! read more

Very impressed by the fast and reliable service. Called them because my ac had an electrical smell coming from it and I was concerned with a fire. So I shut it down at 5am and called them at 8:30am. They came by 9:30am to my spot in the RV Park and within 30 minutes they replaced the coil and it's all good again. Impressed by the speed, knowledge and the cost to repair. Professionalism was amazing! read more

We had an air conditioner leak/clog which was causing the runoff to leak inside the trailer. We also had the refrigerator quit. The guys that came out to fix both issues were awesome! They were friendly and did both repairs in way under an hour. The price was completely fair and reasonable. I highly recommend using them! read more

Called Jeff b/c they were referred by the resort. The first time they worked with us we were pretty happy with the quick response, not so much the price tag. The next time we called them was for a major job. We ended up going with another company due to 1) Lack of communication. Three weeks of trying to get status/scheduling. 2) Crazy-high numbers on his estimate, and 3) Did I mention communication? A major part of the job wasn't noted/remembered from initial discussion, leading to an even higher number and subsequent confusion with the insurance co. Nice guys, to be sure, just saying, make sure all the info is clear up front, and if you're not wealthy you might want to shop around. read more

I have used Jeff a few times since I have a RV in Port Aransas. The service is AWESOME. He does the simple things that separates him from all the other service providers in PORT A. He answers his phone, and follows up, he is on-time and he does a great job at a fair price. When it comes to your AC being out of service, we all know we would pay anything to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Jeff and his team, are fair and realize the importance of great service. John read more

Zero communication re repair to my RV. After promising updates on an estimate, etc. no call back.

I would love to give great feed back, but I cannot. I have tried very hard to get them to come out and work on my RV! I have been waiting over 2 weeks for even a call back from these people! I have went in to their store, called them 3 times on the phone, gave them a list with my phone number in person at a site down the street from me, where they were working, still no response. I will wait to get home and go to my reputable dealership! Should at least have the courtesy to say they do not want to work on warranty job if that is the case! It is a 2019 Heartland Landmark! So in summation, if I could, I would leave a minus 3 star rating! Just to respond to the owners response! I had talked with him over 2 weeks ago! NOTHING was mentioned at that time about any vacation, sorta ruined mine now, since every time it rains I have to bring in my slide! Oh well I have a great dealer at home who WILL take care of my issues! Just stating the facts! Too bad, communication would go along way in a business! read more

Happen to be on our way to Georgia and stopped at mustang island forbthe night. But when we went to unhook 5th wheel jacks wouldnt lift the trailer. The gear box was stripped. It was a sunday afternoon so all we could do was call around and leave messages. Jeff (the owner) promptly called us back the next morning and when i was expecting to hear something like he knew what we needed but wouldnhave to order it. Instead to our delight he actually had the part and more. I have to give kudos to a small business that out does even the largest ones on curtiousness timelyness And for Actually Having the Part!!! Finally a guy who gets it!! Having key components on hand is crucial to travelers on a schedule. And Jeff has hit a home run. Awesome job Thank you so much for everything. I hope you arenin business for a very long time you are awesome. read more

Good luck with this guy, it took him days to call me back after leaving numerous messages two weeks before he could fix my trailer, called another place they where here the next day and had me fixed up and ready to go. read more

Timely same day service when temperatures dipped in the 30s. Told us they had several stops before us and approximately when they would come to our site we were staying. They quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand, replaced and even talked with our warranty company for coverage. Used them while we were staying at Gulf Waters RV Resort in Port Aransas January 2018. read more

I called to have my AC looked at because it was a bit warm inside my RV. I was notified that my ACs were working good and that all I needed to be done was too close my vents which they did. That cost me $124. So much for the reasonable rates! Now my AC is leaking water, making a loud noise, and freezing up. I think I am going to troubleshoot it myself this time. I can't afford any more reasonable rates. read more
