Went in to order a new door shelf for my refrigerator and while I doubted they were going to have one in stock they were more then happy to help me find one to order and have it shipped to them to hold for me until i get back into town. My first experience with going into their store but just looking around it seems like they are a VERY well stocked rv parts store and not just the typical rv maintenance and cleaning stuff you find at other locations. This place has ACTUAL parts for anything that might go wrong while you are in your RV. read more

I was told to get this company to come fix my shower for a warranty problem. The pipe behind the shower spout. The company fixed that problem. They had to come out 4 times to recaulk it because i was still having a leak problem. Well they came fix the outside door underneath the shower which was another problem on the 5th time they came out. About 2 weeks after they first fixed the shower. The next day I'm showering and there's a puddle of water outside the shower coming from underneath. My husband had the same problem. We go outside look under the shower and the pipe was leaking huge puddle down there and mold behind the piece that is under the shower. I texted them and I didn't hear back I asked for the owner. I called them and the owner didn't want to come out because he was on another job and then said his earliest would be Monday. IM SORRY but if your workers messed something up wouldn't you think you would be there asap? That's what I thought. Well I'm texting them telling them everything I was told on the phone that they take pride in their work. but wouldn't take pride in this? The owner finally came look at it after my boyfriend took out the entire shower himself. Called off of work. We had to go to Lowe's spent $350+ on somethin that they jacked up and we had to replace piping, walls due to mold. Anyways the owner came and all he said I can't wrap my head around how this was just noticed after there was no leak. Trying to imply we did it ourselves. IM SORRY WHO WANTS TO FLOOD THEIR OWN CAMPER THATS BRAND NEW??? If you are looking for a tech to fix your camper I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! The owner wanted to say he has no tools but just came from a job? Come on. And then I said are you going to give anything to solve this? Nope all he said was yall already took the shower out and don't want us touching this there's nothin I can do. I'm sorry maybe pay for the stuff that they jacked up. But nope they didn't even apologize. I'm so fed up with this company and everyone who works there. If I could give a negative review I would. I don't even want to give them a 1 star read more

We brought our RV in for 3 repairs. Water damage of back wall, roof replacement and reset of kitchen sink. All 3 have failed. The work/ repairs were done by Freem RV in Aransas Pass. After the tihird attempt and several Months the repair/replacement of the back wall has finally been solved. This was done all at our expense driving 3 (500 mile ) trips , food and lodging. In Fact on our way home from pickibg up our RV the roof membrane from the front cap peeled back. This was also replaced by Freedom Rv September of 2024. We contacted the owner with this problem and photos. He did text back to let us know that he would have to speak to his service Tech. Now all we have heard is crickets. Still waiting for his response . This has been since September 21, 2026. 3 weeks and no reply. read more

Still not happy about quality of service, but Wes was honorable enough to stick with original price quotation. Jon C. read more

Fantastic RV mobile service at a reasonable price. Request RV tech Jeremy, he is the best!!!!

while the technician was very personable and seemed like a good kid, the ac work performed took a lot longer than it should have and it seemed like he was guessing what the issue was but that annoyance was secondary to the manager or owner, Wesley. that man lies with an ease I've never seen before and if he comes around, don't leave him alone around your wife or daughter. he seems to think he has the right to flirt with whoever he chooses regardless of their relationship status or age read more

Removed our rv furnace for them to repair, after waiting a week for an appt to install it, waited 8 hrs for Technician. Called the office, was told they didn't have the part. After another week technician came out. Put it in and didn't work. Technician had mentioned being shocked when replacing brand new board in and not bench testing it. After 2 hrs another technician was called. We had an appointment to go to and we left our cell number with them. Next day we called and the bill was 2x quoted price. Said the board was bad. After attempting to explain to office person, requested to talk to owner. No luck. Neighbors beside us are in a battle after their price has more than tripled. Seems they use inexperienced people and want you to pay for their training. Would never have this company do anything. read more

I want to deeply thank Wes and his crew at "FREEDOM RV SERVICE" in Port Aransas, TX. Our heater pump carriage broke into pieces (plastic of course) and they were on the job immediately, even with sub-freezing temps & bad winds hitting our area. The office ladies were very professional and helpful. Even though they were very busy, Jesse & Austin came to our RV within a couple of hours after I first called. The owner, Wes came to check on us the very next day, since the repais involved our heater motor & carriage. Thank goodness we had our propane heat for back up! Then today, Wes came out and did the repair & install, without ANY deposit! They'll get our info over the phone afterward for the invoice & bill. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone at FREEDOM RV SERVICE. You deserve an AAA+++ for such great customer service. We won't forget it. You will always get our business when we're in the Corpus Christi and Port Aransas, Texas areas. If you are in the corpus Christi or Port Aransas, TX area, THESE are the people to call! read more

Terrible job on our roof replacement. We accepted it on the condition they return and make it right. Subsequently they agreed to come back and re-do some parts of it, and we declined. Wes concurred it was an "un-professional" installation, but shrugged it off by saying "it shouldn't leak". Our only saving grace is we retained 10%, which we gladly would've paid them had they intended to make it right. Wes sold me on his personality, however, I admit I was fooled. It's been a couple of years and i's only leaked once, but it's an absolute eyesore of an installation. read more

Can't say enough good things about Wesley. He helped us out on our stuck antenna and adjusted a slide cover that was sticking. Would definitely call them again if we needed a repair in this area. Wish all RV mobile services could be as knowledgeable, he has 16 years experience. read more

I cannot say enough about these people - we had a problem with our awning - of course over the holiday weekend. They were there bright and early Monday morning and replaced the motor. No price gouging as the other company wanted to charge us 3x the money. Girls in-the office were wonderful, funny and kind. I'm sorry we are out of town that we will probably never see any of them again. Thanks for the wonderful service - your top notch read more

So glad we met Wes He's expertise and customer service is top notch. Port A's RV owners are in great hands!

While on our 3 month cruise through Texas we had our RV washed and waxed by Cassy's RV Scrub Monkeys (fantastic crew) and they found a problem on our roof in which the front of the roof was separating from the front cap. We contacted Freedom RV repair and the repair crew came out early the next morning. They fixed the area with a secure patch so that we could get the RV to the dealer to repair. Crew did a great repair fast and efficiently. We highly recommend this company. read more

I called to get my Norcold refrigerator repaired. The tech came out and never even tested the unit. He opened the door and saw a hot spot on some contact parts and immediately said "This unit is toast and will have to be replaced" I was given a quote for $7000-$8000 for replacement. I was then charged an $85 service charge. I later went on line and downloaded a service manual for the unit; I did some test and replace a circuit board for $120 which took me about 10 minutes to replace. Unit works fine now. Freedom RV is listed by Norcold as a service dealer so they should be competent in repairing them. I contacted them to complain and at least get my money back but was told they were contacting the manufacturer because they were told by them they had made the right diagnosis and were waiting for a reply., I have still not heard back from them and am out $85 for a five minute service call where nothing was repaired read more
