Lupe has fixed a couple issues I've had with the RV. Does a good job and is reasonably priced. Mobile repair is convenient.

I am still waiting for a slide out roof to be resurfaced and this is since December they said they would be here on a Friday and never showed up and I tried calling the next week every day and left messages and even left text messages and never got called back if you read this please call me I just called again. I was happy with the work but unhappy about them never getting back in touch with me and I do want some other work done on my fifth wheel like a new awning and stairs replaced I just want them to contact me and I am still waiting for a paper receipt of the work that was done for a life time guaranty for my roof I am very pleased with the work that Lupi and his team did But unhappy with not returning my calls or text about what was to be resolved about my front slide out roof still leaking. Forget those others that say they service Corpus Christi, this place is the real deal. Lupe turned what seemed to be a catastrophic failure on our RV into a quick fix that he and his team handled right away. No upselling for suddenly uncovered new problems, no delays for parts, no pressure to perform some other maintenance that would increase the bill. We had an issue with our refrigerator only working in electric mode and not gas. We contacted Lupe with RV Express and he was able to come out to our storage unit the same day to check out the problem. He quickly identified the issue as being with the circuit board. He said he could order a new board, but said he could locate a used board and immediately replace. He came back the next day and installed the board. He also provided a year's warranty on the board and his work. The refrigerator works great now. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and reasonably priced. If we have future issues with our trailer in Corpus, he will be the first one we call. read more

Lupe is a life saver!! We rolled into town after the ice storm and have our water tank on the water heater burst. Water all over the floor we we freaking out! Contacted dryer manufacture Splendide about a broken belt on a 4 month old dryer. They had me contact the local approved repair technician. RV EXPRESS (361-510-7303) Service adviser with Splendide said let me send you a belt in case the technician didn't have a belt. One would think an approved local repair technician would have the parts of their repairing.. OK so I called the technician, no answer, and you can't leave a voicemail, it says to call back or send a text message. So I sent a text, It took all day to get a replay and the replay was I'll try and make it the next day, Tuesday, just don't know what time. OK, I'll work with that. Late Tuesday evening he shows up. By this time I had already taken the dryer out of the small space in the RV and it's seating in the living room.. We all know RV's are small, so it's take up the whole living room. So he comes in, looks at it, Yea, I can fix this, but you need to get a belt. Really, Your the approved local technician and you don't have a belt to fix it. OK, no worries, I'm going out of town, I don't need it, I can wait. OK, so he said, your bill is $150 and when the belt comes in, just let me know and we'll get it taken care of. I said we could be the next week and go ahead and schedule us first thing Tuesday morning. He said he would be here. Then Stupid me, yes I paid the $150 trusting he was a reliable company.. Now a week later I'm back home and trying to contact him. Sent a text Wednesday, no answer, Sent text Thursday, reply back, I'll try and make it, waiting all day, I text back, he replied, not making it today. I sent a text message first thing Friday morning, then more during the day, No reply. Text Saturday morning, his replay was Very good change this afternoon, later that afternoon I text again and his reply was Not today. Then I texted back, When, Sunday, Monday, When? No reply or word from him since. So now, Dryer is still broke, I'm out $150, and this RV EXPRESS is worthless. Avoid them like the plague... read more
