We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Dynamic Roofing in 2014. The owner was easy to work with and addressed all of my needs. His price was competitive with the others we were seeing, but his professionalism was better. The work was done cleanly and well. The work was completed in the estimated time and budget. They cleaned up after themselves and I found only 1 or two nails after the fact. We have had no leaks with the new roof and it has performed perfectly. I have been up there and inspected the work and can say it is holding up very well. I would recommend Dynamic Roofing to anyone interested in replacing their roof. read more

This is a company to avoid. They keep making unsolicited cold calls and when I asked the last caller if she was aware there was a federal and state do not call list she said "why does that matter?" She said it was my fault for answering my phone and became abusive. I called back and they didn't want to give me their business address, a "supervisor" gave *my* address as where they did business. They seemed to think it was strange I should want to know where they were located "I'm not sure I can tell you that." Seriously these people set off all the red flags for bad business. If they won't even tell you where they are located, don't even give them the time of day. read more

I can't imagine a worse roofing company. New roof was installed on 9/30/2019. We had MAJOR leaks 8 separate times since then. Most of our phone calls were ignored. Twice they sent one person out to look for the leak. Neither time did they tell us someone was coming. They did the bare minimum and declared it was "fixed". Both times we had subsequent MAJOR flooding in our dining room and attic. Our dining room ceiling is ruined and, even worse, our solid teak dining table and solid teak buffet are both destroyed. They won't answer our calls at all. We ended up having to get a different roofing company to remove everything Dynamic had installed and also the ruined plywood sheeting below the shingles that rotted from being constantly soaked. The roof repair cost us well over $20,000. The dining room furniture is beyond saving. The ruined table and buffet are not replaceable. This is by far the worst experience we've ever had with a home repair or maintenance company. I have no idea how much it will cost us to have the ceiling repaired and painted. Much of what was stored in our attic had to be disposed of, including vintage family photos, military records, and uniforms. I get it. Some businesses have to prospect for new customers. Dynamic Roofing called me today and when I said that I just had my roof replaced, the caller, Olivia, abruptly hung up. That wasn't necessary and it reflects poorly on my perception of this business. The 5 seconds it takes to say something like, "Happy to hear that, if you ever run into any trouble or have any leaks, you might like to keep Dynamic Roofing in mind, because..." and then SAY goodbye before you hang up. I got a call on my cell phone, a number I never give out, from "Frankie" at Dynamic Roofing saying they'd be in my neighborhood and would do a free inspection of my roof. When I refused and said I'm on the Do-Not-Call list he said it was not a sales call and called me a stupid f*er. He was still hurling insults when I hung up, so a few minutes later I called back the number given on caller ID, 484-296-8003 to see if it was legit, and it was answered by someone announcing themselves as "Dynamic Roofing". I let the call taker know what "Frankie" had said, and let him know I'd be reporting it to the BBB and local social network groups. The call taker did not seem the least bit concerned. read more

Dynamic called me today and I explained that I have a friend that does roofing and he will get my business. Dynamic insisted that they help by doing roof inspections and asked again when was my roof last replaced. I explained that I am at work and I'm very busy, and Dynamic told me "then you shouldn't have answered the phone" and hung up. Damn shame to solicit so ignorantly, because if he'd let me finish my sentence, I was about to add, "if you can email me with pricing, I can give this more thought, when I'm not at work." I have a squirrel problem and was about to give Dynamic a shot, but their call center--after reading other reviews that are similar to mine--sounds like a bunch of rude failures. read more

Just got a call on my personal cell phone from a guy named "Joey". Said he spoke to my husband on Monday and well they didn't really speak my husband said he would talk to him later about a new roof. My husband never answeres my cell and we have a new roof. He said he wouldn't bother me again and made "kissy" sounds at ame. Seriously, who would use this company? The first interaction you have with them is lie after lie and then they act totally unprofessional on the phone . Rather gross actually. I hate to give someone a bad review, but we had a nightmare experience with Dynamic. We hired Phil and his team to replace a porch roof with standing seam. The new roof looked like a 6 year old installed it. Horrible jagged cuts, not flashed properly, and the rain leaked between the fascia and the gutter. At least Phil came over to inspect it and agreed it was horrible. Literally nothing had been done right. So they agreed to replace it. He dropped off color samples on an ink-jet printout, which was ridiculous. How can anyone pick a color from that? So we contacted the panel manufacturers directly and had samples sent. Later, Phil told us the color we picked was from a different line that took longer to get and cost more. (This would have been avoided had he given us actual color samples as he'd said he would.) They finally installed the roof again, once his buddy (not an employee) got back from being out of town. (I guess none of his employees actually know metal roofing! So we had to wait weeks for his friend to be available.) The roof went on. And it still leaked between the fascia and gutter. I drove home a few days later to find three trucks in my driveway and Phil came rushing up to my car as I pulled in. He said the panels weren't molded properly and the manufacturer's rep was looking at them and I needed to say I had noticed it and was unhappy. (Why he couldn't have called about this or texted or emailed me was baffling.) So they ripped it off AGAIN and installed it a third and final time. The day they came to install it the third time, we happened to be home on a Saturday so we could talk to the installers. (We had no idea they were coming... Phil never communicated a date. They just showed up.) They had to fashion a metal piece to direct the rain into the gutters b/c they weren't experienced enough with c-shaped gutters to properly allow for enough drip edge. Finally the roof is finished, literally SIX MONTHS later than the contract stated. We had no legal obligation to pay the balance of the contract, so Phil agreed to a reduced amount knowing he was lucky to get anything. Save yourself the headache and find another roofing company!!! read more

Dynamic Roofing is awesome. I had never used them before. I had a small job that needed to be done (soffit vents installed). They actually came by on a Sun. and did the work. They did a really nice job AND, since I had a concern that needed to be addressed, the owner drove home and got a blower and had his worker blow out the insulation that was hampering the airflow of the vents they had just put in. I'll definitley be using them again. read more

Left tons of debris and tools on my roof, which he supposedly replaced, such that one year later, shingles/tarpaper/and nails come off every time it's windy. Does not answer phone and voice mail is full so no way to contact him in emergency. Left several messages with his office person and he refused ever to return the calls. Refused to return and remove debris on roof. Did not contact the township to close the permit. Guy who cleans my gutters found some roofing tools sitting up there. Would give him zero stars if i could. read more
