I had my pool, which was put in by a different company, about 6 years ago. Last summer I saw I had…read morea leak in the pool but couldn't find it. As a result I kept having to put in water every few days. I tried using the company that put in my pool, but they would never even call me back and would charge me for service calls that resolved nothing. This season, adding insult to injury, my jacuzzi also had a leak and one of the jets wasn't working. Within days of calling coastal, they were at my house and had fixed the jacuzzi. Within about a week, using the process of elimination, they found the leak, which unfortunately was the plumbing put in upon installation. Instead of breaking apart the concrete, they dug under it and replaced the pipes, all in one day. These guys called me almost every day and when I called them I always spoke with someone who knew what was going on. They'd be at my house when they said they would. They start early and work late. It wasn't cheap but was in line with what he repairs should cost given what was needed. They also called several days after the final job was to make sure the leak was fixed before getting permission to run my credit card for payment. I will use these guys from now on. Great company!
