I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at this salon…read more I was quoted a fixed price for permanent straightening. After I paid the agreed amount, the stylist became upset because I didn't include the tip, I told her that I was out of cash would pay her later but she kept yelling at me and started cussing me and asked me to leave . This happened in front of my children, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. These people don't understand that tips are earned with kindness and good service not by demanding, and I really didn't have cash so couldn't pay but promised her to come back again, but she was super mean, think before you go to this disgusting place! Might happen with you too! These people are psychos!! No humanity! Little bit about their salon! The salon appeared very unclean. Hair was left all over the floor, and the overall space did not feel maintained. I did not see tools like combs or scissors being cleaned between clients. At one point, the same scissors appeared to be used after a customer had a cut, without being sanitized. Staff did not appear to wash their hands between clients. The broom used for cleaning looked very dirty. The restroom did not have soap available and did not appear hygienic. The salon also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and the way I was treated make this a place I would not recommend.

Many years later, I decided to try a lash tint and, after extensive online research, chose Katelin Gonzalez at Beauty Babes and Co. I started with just a lash tint and later tried a lash lift, although it didn't make much difference because my lashes naturally curl upward. Eventually, I asked Katelin about extensions. She said, "Let's try it," and now I'm completely hooked! Katelin does an amazing job with my extensions. I never thought I would be someone who wore them, but I absolutely love them. My entire makeup routine now takes about 30 seconds: 20 seconds to brush out my lashes and brows, and 10 seconds to apply lip tint. That's it! I've gone from spending 10 minutes on makeup to 30 seconds, and I always look put together. Katelin is wonderful, and my lash extensions are SO worth it!

Would absolutely recommend Ngoc for anyone thinking about getting their brows done!

When I arrived, I marveled at the beautiful space and gorgeous people. Everyone who works here has amazing brows, and so they are walking / talking advertisements. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous! It's kinda intimidating but she's also super sweet and put me at ease. She explained every single step and took time to answer my questions. It's a process...I think I was there for close to two hours. Logistics: In 2023, the parking lot was $2.25 per every 30 minutes and not validated. Metered street parking was available but read the signs carefully. It has now been a year and a half and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better! My brows were very uneven and thinning (thyroid condition) - which made me look so old and tired!! I now look bright-eyed and bushy tailed each morning after I roll out of bed. No makeup needed! It's a miracle! Thank you so very much to Bella and Yelp!!!
