I've had two Theta Healing sessions with Cláudia Borges, and both surprised me in the best way!…read more In the first one, I came in feeling consumed by anger and a sense of injustice over a situation I couldn't stop thinking about. Within minutes, Cláudia guided me into a deeper space where we discovered the real cause wasn't that event at all: it was much older, rooted in my early life. She helped me release emotions I'd been holding onto for decades. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and with an almost overwhelming sense of love for the people around me (it was even kind of funny, feeling connected and compassionate towards complete strangers). That feeling is still with me today. In the second session, we focused on my career. I had been feeling blocked and unsure of my direction. Cláudia helped me bypass the noise of my rational mind and connect to my deeper truth. That same day, by complete "coincidence," I met someone who could connect me to the exact Museum I had been dreaming of working for (something that had felt impossible just the day before). Cláudia is deeply intuitive, highly skilled, and grounded in her work. Her sessions feel safe, clear, and powerful. I've done years of conventional therapy, but the breakthroughs I experienced with her in just two afternoons were extraordinary. If you're carrying something heavy or feeling stuck, I can't recommend her enough.

Anjuli has helped me with my tinnitus, knees and shoulders and the anxiety Once the virus hit and we started practicing Social Distancing my visits to Jikiden Reiki stopped. Then one day I received a text from Anjuli and she mentioned distance Reiki. I know, it sounds weird. Since I have gotten to know Anjuli and have built up a sense of trust with her, I decided to give it a try. Well, it was certainly different. Did I notice any changes? Yes. I slept very well that night, my tinnitus was reduced and Anjuli helped with my lower back, which I had not told her about, but she mentioned on the follow up phone call. I was also experiencing anxiety due to the Pandemic and felt a world of difference the next day. If your looking for a Reiki practitioner, then I highly recommend Anjuli at Jikiden Reiki. Give the distance Reiki a try, it seemed to work for me.

However, I tried to schedule a massage yesterday, which I showed up for. I was hesitant about having a male masseuse but I truly needed a massage and Holy was out of town. The male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable, mentioned that the solution to my problems were to marry a masseuse and when I mentioned I'm in a relationship he mentioned him giving me foot massages . I then left the massage early (20 minutes into the massage) and I spoke to the lady at the front desk who was very sweet and understanding, and told me that I am scheduled the following week for a regular two hour massage with Holly. I left feeling better that a place was so understanding excited for my massage with Holly the following week. I then received a call from one of the owners the following day while at work stating that she was sorry about my experience but she was asking if she could charge 55 dollars for my massage with the male masseuse who thought I had just left to the restroom. I did not feel comfortable going back and explaining the scenario to the masseuse, I had thought that my experience with the front office staff was sufficient. I then told the owner I have no problem pls charge me 60 and I will not be returning to this massage spa. This is a place supposedly run by women, I was expecting greater understanding and care rather than immediately pivoting to the charge. As a regular customer as well, I was shocked especially I explained the entire sequence of events over the phone . Very disappointed. I hope no one else has this experience, but it was important I shared my own.
