Mere floor excersizes will get you almost nowhere. Coppola has 5 NH locations , fully equipped and professionally staffed. All Workmen's Comp requirements, evals and progress updates are met and promptly faxed , as are all PT notes to any health care professionals you choose. A bonus at Coppola is that they are an actual gym anyone can join for 10.00/mo-but free to all current patients. Having broken my back 3x , I have a basis for comparison RE PT help, and I strongly recommend Coppola PT.

It's a touch embarrissing to walk into a busy shop with so many capable archers and be so shaky at full draw. (My fundamentals are okay but I need some conditioning.) The new owner Jon (and, it must be said, his supporting staff) have simply been fantastic!!! Zero judgement!! Didn't make me feel small for not arriving with a camo painted 80lb hunting bow that I could hold at full draw for 10 minutes LOL (despite it being the start of hunting season when they're undoubtedly buried with work from that market segment.) His staff was welcoming & friendly to a person and he himself took a direct interest in my target gear, my target focused setup, and he spent more time than I should have expected talking setup, next steps, making recommendations, offering choices, and discussing with genuine interest, my goals and objectives on the indoor range. I'm a fan! If you are into archery, have thought about it, or just need something for your setup....these guys (and ladies) are the real deal matter what your focus might be! One encounters such good service so infrequently these days that I'm looking for more to "support my local sheriff! Gratitude to Jon and his staff!

Jon sat me down and showed me the options and compared the different models showing me the differences, pros and cons. They have a huge selection of crossbows and compound bows. He had me shoot the final 3 crossbows I was trying to decide on. He again sat with me to make sure I understood how to properly use it and then we the used a Chronograph and dialed in the cross bow. I had some limitations due to an injury to and replacement of my hip so, while I was very motivated, I wasn't sure whether I could take full advantage of the program. I was so wrong. Not only did I drop about 40 lbs., I also got to a point of fitness that I never imagined given my limitations. I had been a gym rate before doing mostly spinning and the treadmill and some boot camp classes. It was boring but I did enjoy it. I had never done any real cross training like I did with Bob and once I started, he had me so motivated and driven, I wanted to do everything to my fullest potential. And it was SO fun! He was extremely knowledgeable about how to handle working around injuries and was also able to modify most exercises so that I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. He listened to me and I trusted that he wasn't putting me at risk for any injuries. He was so invested in my success that I didn't want to disappoint him. The studio is neat and organized and the bathroom and shower is clean. I like that there is only 1 other person in the studio. For anyone looking to be healthy, whether for weight management or to optimize your fitness, this is the place to go. We don't have a lot of options in our area and even if we did, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't wait to go back now that I've had my surgery!!!

In the short time I have been there, almost 1 month, I have already noticed a significant improvement to my fitness and energy level, and I have lost 5 pounds. (Hopefully, just the beginning!) The trainers are highly skilled and excellent. I have worked with Krista, John and Resa, and they all make the workouts fun, yet challenging with a mixture of aerobic and weight conditioning customized for me. The hour flies by! There is no problem switching between trainers based on my schedule. They are very flexible about this. The facilities are excellent and always clean. It's convenient for me to workout, take a shower, and then head to the office - starting my day in a healthy manner and giving me an energy boost for work. I found this is also helping me cope with increased stress levels from my work. I am sure I am not the only one who finds themselves too busy to workout in a "normal" gym environment. Making an appointment to workout with a skilled trainer appeals to me, as it forces me to show up, just as I would for a doctor or dentist appointment. Knowingly myself, this is really the only way I can fit a workout into my busy schedule. Personal training is not an inexpensive option, but how does one put a price on having higher energy for work and family, losing weight, and hopefully living a longer and healthier life? Rather than always giving, sometimes you have to make a choice to invest in yourself. Three friends and I…read morespent approximately ten hours here one Sunday taking the NRA safety certification course required by MA for gun licensing, and somehow the instructors made it (and by "it" I don't mean just the hands-on shooting range stuff, because of course that part of it isn't dull) something other than dull. Also, when you arrive they cook you a great breakfast complete with coffee that will get you through the morning. For anyone interested in getting any sort of gun license, or in learning more about gun handling, safety, or recreational shooting, Andover Sportsmen Club is the way to go. Do make sure you don't need to refill your car with gas on your way out of North Andover late on a Sunday evening, however, or else you might find yourself at the mercy of your misguided GPS driving through a residential neighborhood, and then rescued by a British couple (bless their hearts) who drive in front of you to guide you back to civilization and, lo and behold, a gas station that, unlike many of the others you've driven by, happens to be open.

There is also a great skeet range as well. oh and i almost forgot about the 24 hour indoor range for all members. there is also an archery range and a 3d archery course that goes into the woods. great staff and the property is very well kept. if your are looking for a club to join and enjoy, i highly recommend Andover Sportsmen Club.

Goat Yoga at Goats To Go was so much fun! My friends and I booked well in advance for a Saturday…read moreevening class. We brought our own yoga mats/towels, but they did have them available to rent for $5 each. They also provided bug spray (which I highly recommend using). The yoga instructor walked us through what to expect and gave the disclaimer that she wouldn't be offended if we ignored the yoga instruction and just focused on the goats. This was great because once the goats were released, the yoga became more of an afterthought for us. The baby goats were adorable and eager to interact. The young assistants directed them with treats to climb onto our backs, while we did the yoga poses. The assistants were also there to take photos, but we usually had to request this. We were also given little bags of treats to feed the goats. Some of the smaller goats were super cuddly and loved to be held. At the end of the class, the staff handed out some "sweet and savory treats" for us, which included sliced strawberries, a yogurt covered pretzel, and cheese. Overall, we absolutely loved this unique experience!

The people that performed were funny and gave some good laughs to all. The people that run this place are great. I can't say enough about this to experience, it is just fantastic all around. Totally recommend it to everyone plus you get to mingle with a bunch of baby goats!
