He came when he said he would and kept me up to date on the phone. He fixed the problem quickly and with ease. I can tell he is a nice guy trying to make an honest living to support his family. The company is locally owned and I like that. The owner's dad also has a garage door company, so it's a trade that's been in the family a while. I feel like companies like that this one are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Tulsa Garage Door Doctor.

Discount Garage Door was the best choice apparently. Called them and was impressed with the receptionist/dispatcher. She told me that a tech would be available 24 hours later. When does that ever happen? Jay shows up on time with a smile. (When does that ever happen?) He took one look at my busted spring and said,"Yep, broken spring." He then explained that the builder had used the wrong spring for our door, which is common because they like to save money wherever they can. Jay then quoted a price below what I expected and that the job would be done correctly in 40 minutes. It actually took him 38 minutes. Bottom line, better service at a fair price done correctly and promptly.
