Your can expect their manager mike to get on the phone with their technician when you give pushback and they'll try to close the sale. Their technicians need to have an average of $1000 per service call to keep their job. Not only do they not have your best interest in mind but any money you spend with them will be offloaded to a private equity firm in another state.
