I could only open and close the door using the button on the inside of the garage. There was a label on the switch for Pro Overhead Door, as they had done the original installation (about 1999 or so), so I called them. A very nice, friendly and helpful person named Bob answered the phone. He was able to help me reprogram the keypad over the phone, so I was able to use that function. He also looked up the model and told me what remotes would work. He gave me a price for buying one through them if I chose. I went online and looked at the same remotes from other retailers and found the Pro Overhead was pretty competitive, and since they had been so helpful, I wanted to do business with them. I drove to their location in Broken Arrow and was helped by Jerry, again a very friendly and helpful person. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a free battery for the keypad, so I'd have a backup when the one in there fails. After a few days, a problem arose with the garage door. I could hear that the motor was working but the door stopped going up and down. I called Pro Overhead Door and they sent someone out that afternoon. The gears had stripped (he said it happens every seven or eight years) and needed to be rebuilt. The cost seemed reasonable and within about 30 minutes, he was finished and the door was like new. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to repair or replace a garage door.

He showed him the coupon for $29.95 coupon. He told him that we wanted the multipoint inspection lubrication, tightening and adjustment. Austin let us know that he doesn't do a tightening and adjustment only lubrication. And that there was a $69 upcharge for the trip. We let him know that he could leave. That was not explained on the telephone. When we made the appointment He said that he would not charge the $69. Hey, then let us know our left master garage door opener that was 9 years old, was bad and we needed a new one. We said we would say, what's the one we had. He did lubricate the rollers, but he sprayed at them, not in them in. In essence, we paid $29.95 for 8 sprays of WD40. Beware before calling, get all the details. **Update ** We did receive a refund from A1**

A couple of days later it rained & a lot of water got in the garage, this had never happened before & i noticed the seal on the bottom of the door was about a foot shorter & didn't seal the bottom of the door. I called A1 & they sent a man out, he adjusted on it some but only to center it so now there are gaps at both ends of the door. I explained this seal had never failed before it was always pitch black in the garage never any water! I believed it'd been cut because the first guy had mentioned the seal did not seem to be laying flat. Anyway, ordered a new seal $200+ dollars & began to wait. Now December the new seal is here after many months (5) many canceled appointments one of which I called the morning of & they assured me a tech was on his way, waited...later that after noon I was informed the rubber seal had not come in yet wanted to know if I still wanted it! Finally today it has arrived but I get no refund or even a discount, here's a picture the end has obviously been cut off... The 2 techs that have been out here have been very professional & courteous I liked them alot but something happened to this seal during the 1st visit, a full ft short i can't have imagined that! I don't believe I should have to pay full price for a new seal I don't believe a full refund is in order after all it was a pretty old seal to begin with. Just very disappointed
