Not only go they go out of their way to help you with things that aren't on their list of service but also take care of minor requests at no cost. Their service is the premium of the area. Got my truck ceramicly coated here last weekend. They did a fantastic job. My vehicle had swirls and some scratches and they were able to completely take them out and made the paint look better than it did when I first purchased the vehicle 3 months ago. (Purchased the truck with 2 miles on the odometer). It was definitely worth the price to have it coated. Also, what really impressed me was how they treated my vehicle. Typically places treat your car like it's a "rental" and mistreat it or are rough with it. Not them, they treat your vehicle with respect and like it's their own. Overall the customer service was great and I'm extremely happy with my experience. Update: June 6, 2019 came in for the yearly maintainer and to buff some scratches out. They did a fantastic job and you can no longer see the scratches. They also were able to get the stubborn dog hair out of my backseats. Customer service is always great and courteous. I'm just a normal "care about my car, but not fanatical" person and I honestly questioned the value of PPF and ceramic coating. It does make it very easy to clean and the car looks beautiful, but the biggest draw for me is the peace of mind driving down the freeway and having rocks kicked up, which is inevitable. And I also don't worry about things that scratch against the car (branches, animals, people). Their lifetime warranty was also a big selling point. Accelerated Testing: I asked for a sample of PPF and took half and left it outdoors in the direct sun; the other half is in the house. It has been one year and while the permanent marker used to label it has almost completely faded, the material itself is like the original. We'll see how it compares in another year or 2 or 5. The car is parked in the garage when at home so it sees much less UV. It is a white Tesla so I was concerned about yellowing. The guys at Dynamic Detailing are great to work with. I had a lot of questions and they were very nice about demonstrating the PPF material, showing us the facility, explaining the entire process, and we could compare cars with and without PPF. We ultimately went with PPF and ceramic coating. I decided to wait while it was installed and there is a large picture window so you can see them applying the film. I found it fascinating (I also love the show, "How It's Made" ;) ). They have outlets for your electronics, tables, internet, TV, pool table, and it is nice and quiet and cool (very nice on a hot day). Oh, there is also a still or sparkling water station (I liked raspberry the best) and coffee. The bathroom is super clean. Hanging out here is actually something I enjoy... LOL. read more

This is my third year with ceramic coating which was applied by Dynamic Detailing. It was one of the best "add ons" I purchased with the new car. It's still going strong. Water beads up as though it has been just waxed. Washing the car is so much easier. Here are the rest of my experiences. I had my new 2021 Blue Tesla ceramic coated within a month of purchasing the car. They did a great job applying it and the car looked great. But the real benefits were to come. On two separate occasions I had bird droppings on the car. In each case I removed the droppings. In those cases I was (at first) disappointed because the droppings left a faint "burn" in the paint. As I was preparing to take a picture to send to Dynamic Detailing to ask what could be done, I found that the "burn" had disappeared! I was thrilled. This happened another time with the same result. So I was really pleased. The coating really protects the car. Another benefit occurred when I took the car off road (gently) camping. Between the dirt road and other cars driving by, the car was filthy. I intended to give it a rinse on the way home to get most of the dirt off (I hate the hard water at my house in San Jose). By the time I arrived at the spray washer, 90% of the dirt had blown off and I just continued home to wash it when I got there. It's slick (pun intended). I wasn't sure when I decided to have the coating applied, but now 3 years later I'm still sold. read more

Still tops here. Had my second car done with a ceramic pro 10yr inside and out and it is legit. Inside the doors and one part of the roof it looks like a high spot but otherwise was legit. Doing a third car next week. Long term ppf is holding up great on the Tesla, like I said the only disappointment was cut edges so dirt does get to the edges, wish I had asked for them to wrap over. read more

This is our second car to get the ceramic coating done by Dynamic Detailing. I also got a piece of PPF replaced on the lower front end before the coating went on. We really appreciate the professional work done by Daniel's team! I'm happy to say that the first car went in for it's one year check up and it's still looking great. So we went ahead and did the second car too. Don't forget the wheels and calipers package, especially if they are black! They come our very nice and easy to clean. The Corvette has gotten several compliments over the past few days. The metallic paint sparkles in the sun right through the ceramic coating and indeed, is quite beautiful. I came in for my ceramic coating maintenance detail today and things went as smoothly as can be expected. The reception process was great. I went over a few areas that need attention due to scuffs or repairs and they said they would check them out. The waiting room comfortable and easy to work in. I was in an out in a reasonable amount of time at a good price. As a side note, since I've had my ceramic coating I haven't taken my car to a car wash once. I just find a few clean microfiber cloths and use 3D Waterless Wash (per DD recommendation) and wipe it down while I'm at a charging station or early on a weekend morning. It looks the same as it did the day it left the detail shop but I only spend 30 mins and about $3 in cleaning supplies (instead of an hour and $35 at the local car wash). I'm definitely bringing my next car to DD for a ceramic coating. read more
