10/10 for Frozen/MATTE or Satin OEM paint car owners and ceramic coating! This shop deserves more 5 star reviews. The team here is very passionate about their detailing method and being up to date with all the best products. Fabian and his team at Pure Auto Detailing are awesome. I started coming here after shopping for an exterior wash option for my brand new car which has a BMW Individual Frozen Paint matte finish. I called everywhere but many places did not use matte-safe products. Or they would not specify exact brand and state "PH safe only." Fabian was the only place that outlined their matte process in detail. I started by doing maintenance exterior washes here. His team of guys also always took time to educate me with their knowledge and are very transparent. I just picked up my car after they did a special matte safe ceramic coating. The team here was even able to use the special brand of Dr. Beasley's coating which I had requested. I was worried that the car would come out with a sheen or new glossy look over it but when I picked it up today, it completely maintained the matte/satin finish. After they apply the coating, they keep the car in their garage to cure for a day. Spotless as usual and they do a great job cleaning the rims and wheels too. Highly recommend especially for luxury or sports car owners. read more

Fabian and his team at Pure Auto Detailing more than delivered the outcome I was looking for when I brought my car into the studio. The results exceeded my expectations, with the ceramic coating making the car shine like i hadn't seen. The detailing was very well done, with the interior absolutely spotless. The wheels also looked incredible and I have to say looked significantly cleaner than when I first picked the car up at the dealership. Lastly, the team was able to greatly reduce the damage from a nasty scratch, especially given it's depth. What was as equally as impressive as the quality of the work was the level of customer service. Fabian is a consummate professional who looks to build long-term relationships with his clients. He took my initial call after hours, patiently answered all my questions, offered fair pricing and delivered on time. He provided an outstanding customer experience, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this business! read more

Had my car detailed by Fabian at Pure Auto Detailing, and he did an awesome job. He did an exterior clean and clay bar treatment, and my car hasn't looked this good in a long time. The paint feels super smooth and looks way more vibrant than before. Fabian was really easy to work with--friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he's doing. You can tell he takes pride in the work and doesn't cut corners. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for someone to take care of your car like it's their own, I definitely recommend Fabian and Pure Auto Detailing. I'll for sure be coming back! read more

I work for Master Precision Machining, Inc in Santa Clara, CA, and Fabian and his team are our go-to detailing team down the street. You will get your cars back looking brand new! My boss usually contacts Fabian to get at least one car a week detailed during the sunny weather. They walk over to us, pick up our employee's vehicles, then come and drop it off when finished. Best service in the game, trust me! read more

1. Up front with what they we're offering. 2. Was ready right on time of appointment and my drop off took less then 2 mins. 3. I just worked with the owner Fabian the whole time. 4. Car was done on time. 5. I used to spend all day doing the same service on my cars, vacuuming and waxing and cleaning, but now I have no time for that because I make money at work and it''s just easier. I did notice that even though I knew the name of his business and I went on yelp and I put our city (that's not very big) in it, AND he's one block away from me. It didn't come up. Weird. Just like my business, I would never want to yelp because I had the most five stars but now everybody that gives them any money at all is on top of me. So this review would probably never be seen . I guess I'm kind of more mad at yelp in general than the people that are on yelp . Pure auto detail five stars yelp one star read more

My vehicle got an exterior hand wash today and it looks great! After the car was done, I did a walk around and looked for any minor details that might needed attention too.....but there wasn't really any. Fabian was communicative from start to finish and customer service was very good. He knew what needed to be done since my car was wrapped and that put me at ease. I will be back again for service! read more

Can't say enough about how happy I am with Pure Auto Detailing. I've taken all my cars here and do maintenance washes and ceramic coatings. Fabian is great to work with! You can geek out with him about cars and he really does a thorough job. I'm super picky and anal and I've taken both cars that were covered in grime after a trip to Tahoe and cars that most people would probably think were still 'clean' and Fabian does a fantastic job every time. Interior details are spot on, too. read more

We discovered Pure Auto Detailing after our previous detail shop had closed down. Fabian was very welcoming and upfront about the services he and his shop provide. The quality of service that they do on each detail is top notch and I have always been more than satisfied with the work that they do on my car. I have been going here for 3 years and counting and I am always excited to bring my car back for much needed details. read more

Amazing experience, this was our first time getting our windows tinted and I must say they provided world class service, took great care of our interior while performing the service, offered cold and room temperature beverages as well as a comfortable lounge to wait while they performed the work on our vehicle. The outcome was great and my wife was extremely satisfied with how the recommended percentage of shade came out. It's been almost a week and there have been no signs of bubbling or anything. Definitely coming back to tint the windows on my truck and other services they offer! read more

i can't recommend this place enough!! it was my first time here and i will definitely be coming back. fabian washed my car and informed me everything that was going to be done. when i picked up my car, he made sure i was satisfied before i left!! i got the silver detail for $280 which was a very thorough clean for both interior and exterior!!!! i had stubborn pet hair so i was charged an extra $60 but i understand because pet hair is annoying to deal with especially stuck in car carpet. i wish i could gatekeep this place so the prices won't go up but i have never been so pleased with a service! Service was great, they managed to make time available for me to help me out. I had the basic hand wash done, and the car looked incredible after! They even applied a coating that will help with the rainy season starting up, so that was much appreciated. Plan to go back in the future! read more

Fabian at Pure Auto did a fantastic job detailing and ceramic coating my 5-year-old Model 3. He was able to take out most of the scratches that accumulate on a 5-year-old daily driver. The paint looks glossy again, but more importantly, it's protected and easier to keep clean. Fabian was also good about letting me know what the next steps are to keep the car protected going forward. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but I believe it was a good value. read more

Fabian and Jack detailed my Chevy Cruze's interior and exterior and they did an absolutely amazing job! It's never looked this clean before.
