I selected Dynamic Detailing to do a full front PPF plus rocker panels, and a full ceramic coat on my new Porsche 718 Spyder. They were very responsive to my initial queries and helped me select a good set of installation packages. They are a very customer-oriented business! Professional and understanding when I had to reschedule my initial appointment. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They even game me an update midway through just to let me know all was good. The shop is clean and has a comfortable waiting room. I was very happy with the finished product. The film is nearly invisible, with some (not all) of the edges wrapped, but it's really imperceptible unless you're just looking really closely. Anyway, the end result looks great and the ceramic coating was expertly applied. I don't see any leveling issues or blemishes anywhere. They took care of some paint issues from the dealership, and even worked some magic on a pretty big scratch that I had found. Now I can't even find it anymore. After completion, they took time to explain the warranties on the film and coating, how to care for it, and gave me a little goodie bag with some cleaner and MF towels. Brought my 2016 F80 for a ceramic coat. They were super responsive, transparent about their services and prices. Quality is amazing and they give you details on how to care for the coating. Based on the level you choose, you will have to take your car in for an annual maintenance but it's necessary for upkeep. I chose the silver level and added the wheel protection. I bought the car 8 months ago with 7500 miles on the clock (less than 12,000 miles on the clock on writing this review) and had a run in with a bad car wash twice and a rock chip on 880 which had been buffed out and touched up by professionals. Unfortunately a number of micro scratches remained that were driving me crazy! Ready to drive this into a wall or trade her in! Both Daniel on the initial booking and Harrison on the execution of the ceramic coating were great. Rolled it in on the morning it was booked in and got a call that it was ready at the end of day. I originally requested to do a full paint correction plus the 9H ceramic coat then decided to do the full paint correction and upgrade to the ION ceramic coat. Based on my previous experience with scratches and discussions with the guys it seemed to be the toughest coating. I have to say it is difficult to keep the car clean and free from issues for 2-3 weeks as recommended after the ceramic coat, you cannot wash it!!! You are running around with a micro fiber cloth and water trying to get rid of bird poop and other imperfections. If you do this process it really has to be ceramic coated then put in a garage for 3 weeks..... otherwise ceramic coaters say you will have issues??? Less than 2 weeks after the ceramic coat (13 days) I drove the car to work in South San Francisco and during the day was attacked by gulls.... When I say attacked I say attacked! Bird poop on every panel.... Passenger side it was so bad it went behind the window rubbers and I had to put the windows down and scrape it out. Went home and used hand micro fiber cloths and a bottle of spring water to pull off the poop.... Everything was good until I got to the roof. It had etched into a small area in the paint AGGHHH!!!!! Called Harrison fuming and he was great and told me to bring the car over. After venting to Harrison for 5 mins he said no worries I will fix it and reapply more ceramic coating to make sure it doesn't happen again. All of 20 mins later he rolls it back to me with everything fixed and looking great again. Now 3-4 week later the ceramic coat is hard... if I get a gentle breeze my car cover flies off when I try to put it on.... That's a new problem to have :-) As long as this ceramic coating does what it says and keeps my car looking good then I am happy with the Daniel and Harrison! No major bird poop attacks again so I reserve complete judgement! Thank you to the guys and I will see you in 12 months for my inspection and reapplication (at cost). read more

Hi Daniel, I updated it a few months later because I've recently talked to a few other guys that had their cars PPFed and they said that wasn't normal. It's not even a big deal that it isn't perfect. The problem is that I brought it in a few weeks after the install because you said you'd redo the rocker panel and fix a few of the scratches that weren't buffed out. ( you explained why they weren't buffed out the first time and I was happy with your response there. I dropped the car off for the day and when I got there to pick it up you guys hadn't touched the PPF at all. I brought that up and you told me you could fix it next time. Im upset because you told me that you were going to fix it and ended up not fixing it. I agree that maybe my standards were too high but I dont think anyone likes wasting their time. I dont know if you intended to fix it but I wish you would either have told me you weren't going to do beforehand or given me some kind of apology and offer to take care of it. read more

I can't be anymore satisfied with the work Dynamic Detailing did with my car. From start to finish, my experience was smooth, Daniel and Harrison were responsive and knowledgeable. No response so I gave him a call and he accused me of polishing off all my top coat and called me "condescending". I have never been called that in my life and I felt that I was trying to be polite the whole time. And of course he did not honor his promise to re-ceramic the area.
