Nadia is a very gifted massage therapist. I have never been…read morecomfortable with the idea of a full body massage. Pedicures and facials have always been my go to stress relievers. But, my daughter insisted I go to Nadia as a treat to me for my birthday. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. Nadia spoke with authority but in a soothing tone. She is very professional and very in tune with who she is working on. She made me aware of things that I wasn't even aware of like the fact that I clinch my teeth. She combines multiple techniques to locate and treat your problem areas. She directs you in your breathing which helps to put you back into your natural breathing rhythm. I arrived wound up, pressure and pulse out of wack and I left there with all of my kinks worked out, very aware of my breathing and my pressure was the lowest it's been in awhile. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I will be back. I highly recommend her if you are seeking a very knowledgeable and professional therapist.
