Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

I can't say enough great things about EAC Elite Auto Customs, their service, and their team!…read moreHonestly, pretty much a perfect experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless, from the initial communication and easy quoting process to the coordination and appointment scheduling. I got quotes from seven different installers, and EAC was by far the most competitive. And to make things even better, they came out to my home to do the installation, which was incredibly convenient! I went with the XPEL PRIME XR PLUS window tint, and the installation was fantastic. Raphael did an excellent job, and Edgar, the owner, was there personally to supervise and double-check everything. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process. Leading up to the appointment, I received regular updates, including exactly when they would arrive and even a countdown to their arrival time! As soon as the installation was completed, I received a confirmation message with all my warranty details, followed by another message checking that I was completely happy with the service. It's rare to find a company that combines such competitive pricing, excellent workmanship, outstanding communication, and genuine customer care. I'm incredibly happy with the results and honestly can't recommend EAC highly enough. I genuinely don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for their window tinting. Thank you, Edgar, Raphael, and the entire EAC team!

Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.
