The young lady in the front was awesome very professional. Walked me through the details and steps. Not to mention I went last minute on a Sunday. I showed up at 12pm and they did tell me it could be up to 3 hours. I understood and waited. They finished in an hour and 45 minutes. Great price , didnt push upgrades but did mention. I was expecting a sales type of environment. read more

I got my windows tinted with Dynamic Auto Customs about 2.5 years ago and are still in great conditions. Unfortunately I now have to remove them for legal purposes. Dynamic auto customs offer to remove them at no cost with a great discount to replace them! I'm completely satisfied with the flexibility, quality and generosity provided. read more

I got my Tesla Model 3 tinted with Llumar IRX. This was the tint I wanted through extensive research and the staff at Dynamic was very responsive and accommodating to my requests. They took me in on the same day I called. They had the best deal of all the shops I called, have experience with Teslas, and reviews online looked good. Although it was supposed be 12pm-4pm, they finished an hour later. It's okay as I was busy but want to make sure other customers feel like expectations are set clear. read more

I brought my Tesla 3 & Tesla Y. Price was reasonable. Beautiful tint. No bubbles . I'm very happy with the results.

They did a flawless job with installing the window tint for my Model 3! I shopped around locally to see prices for ceramic window tints for a Tesla Model 3, and found Dynamic Auto Customs to be the best. Very reasonable prices for what is a very well regarded window film. The staff was very helpful and professional throughout, and was even able to accommodate changes when I decided to change the percentage for the rear glass. I was also able to schedule my car quickly. Installation will always take a while especially depending on how busy they are, but they do have a waiting room. I'll be coming back for the front windows and windshield of my other car! read more

First time here and this is my review: Staff was mostly friendly except for one short man who did not allow me to watch my truck being tinted from approximately 50 feet away due to covid. Idk why. Price was decent and wait was long. Once they were done, and the sales person was reviewing the tiny job with me, we found debris inside the tint that caused it to bubble. He quickly returned the truck inside and fixed it. The tint seems to be good. I give them a thumbs up. read more

Initially was quoted a 2-3 hour wait time but I didnt have time so i made an appointment. When i arrived for the appointment they told me it would take 3.5-4 hours. I guess they were busy. I left them my car and chose my service. After coming back 4 hours later I noticed lots of bubbles and let them know. They mentioned it is probably water and will go away over time. That's fine. Then i noticed dust inbetween the film and my window. I let them know again and also showed them one smaller window where a whole 2in x 2in area of film was not attached to the window. I guess they were in a rush. They took my car back into the shop to fix. The owner? then came out and told me the film was defective and they'll have to reschedule me and they'll remove all the tint. I wasted my day waiting for tint. The front end employee attempted to collect payment and i told him i wasn't paying for a service that was incomplete. He talked to his manager and it was ok. The manager did the right thing. Defective tint should not be placed on the car and it was removed immediately upon his find. He even offered a quick reschedule and was very courteous. His employees need more training and it's a shame. My car was left with lots of glue remaining on my windows when I took it home. (Had to pay $50 glue cleaning fee at next tint company) There were also dirty shoe marks on my new car cream leather seats as well as soapy water residue all over the panels. I came here because of the good yelp reviews but have to give this a rather generous 3 star (OK) review. read more

I has a great experience today! Quick and easy. Great pricing. Everyone is friendly, honest and straightforward. I recommend.

I did a ton of research on different tint companies before I chose and let me tell you there's a reason this company has over 400 5 star reviews. This was my first car I ever tinted and I felt a bit overwhelmed with the choices. Antoni was amazing! She didn't rush me and gave knowledgeable great opinions on what I should do. She showed me several other cars and even asked the guys in the back! Above and beyond with customer service! Their price was under what several other tint companies quoted me. I am so happy with how my Tesla model 3 turned out! Amazing customer service and they finished in very quick time even on a Saturday! I absolutely recommend Dynamic Auto Customs! Requested for a Yelp Quote and received a response for Karla almost immediately. Unfortunately, I waited a month to actually call and schedule. I was able to book an appointment the following day for a consultation. I came in Bryan was awesome and very detailed oriented in showing me the various tint shades, products, and pricing. He gave me great advice and I didn't feel pressured to get upsold. I have an Audi Q7 2020 and I went with their CTX Series 35% for the driver's and passenger side for $200. I was surprised to know they would be able to get my vehicle done in an hour and half. I waited in their lobby area and was in and out much quicker than expected! I will definitely recommend The Window Tinting team to friends and family! read more

I have to give this 5 star review to the amazing communication and customer service provided by Brian. I got my Tesla 3 wrapped from them about a year ago and Brian has been more than helpful in trying to find ways to accommodate me and work with me if any touch ups were needed to get it done as soon as possible. He is incredibly friendly and patient and I really appreciate this type of top-tier customer service---I can definitely trust to know my vehicle is in good hands with them and I am definitely going to come to them for any other cosmetic add-ons I want for my car in the future. I highly recommend coming here after such positive interactions I've had with Brian, as well as the amazing job they had done with my car a year ago. Thank you Dynamic Customs for a great job on my window tint and ceramic coating. I recommend going with the top of the line IRX series window tint as it provides tge most heat and UV protection. I went for appointment last week and was told there was damage on my glass (understandable but actually very unprofessional) I repaired it with receipt as they wanted and reschedule for this week. After we had gone over the car today the guy told me "unfortunately our credit card system is down today. We can only accept cash or Zelle ( for Zelle I have to charge you sales tax). I never knew that for above $300 I could not use card in the United States. Save yourself a trip and shop somewhere else. What a shame and what a waste of my day.
