The team at Dynamic Auto Customs did an awesome job! Their process was super smooth and they were very helpful as I was debating on what shade to choose. Once it's complete they even checked the tint for any touch ups needed which I thought was a nice touch read more

Don't waste your time or money with this place. Mediocre Quality work and horrible customer service all they do is make excuses. Pictures of the poor tint job speak for themselves. Bryan blamed everything from the age of the car, the computer that cut the tint, he told me the tint doesn't go to the edge because the windows move at certain speeds lol. When I went back to have them look at the tint he even blamed me for there being dust under the tint. You have to hound them for days in order to have your calls returned and then after you bug them enough they still don't want to honor the "life time warranty". I didn't think I was being unreasonable when I asked for a partial refund just for the front windows that look horrible. I should have paid with a credit card that way I could have the credit card company file a dispute for the shitty job, but I was tempted by the option to pay cash and not pay taxes. I guess a company that offers to avoid paying taxes should of been my first clue of their unprofessionalism. And who knows if they really used Llumar tint, where I've taken my cars before I always get a life time warranty pamphlet from Llumar that covers the tint nation wide. I tried to save $100, not worth it at all I guess you get what you pay for. Skip this place and choose the next place on yelp read more

Although it was a bit of a drive for us and there was a bit of back and forth, the job ended up great and we're happy with the end result now that it's been a month or two. When first completed in the first couple weeks, we had one of the front windows not take and begin to peel. We were told the window was at such an acute angle that it was difficult to get the tinting just right in that corner (and I agree, it must take a lot of patience and precision to get to some of these areas). I luckily took photos and video of it immediately as it happened and shared it back with the business. They set a time to get us back in soon after and we got it situated. It's been a few months now and the windows look great. We definitely feel the difference in temperature since we've gotten the tint done. Very happy with the results and even more satisfied that they took good care of the issues that arose. Solid job and the car looks great. read more

With summer here, I could not push off getting my Tesla windows tinted anymore! I found this place on Yelp and they had amazing reviews and ratings so I gave them a shot. First and foremost, the response time is by far the best I have ever gotten. Ashley and Vanessa both answered so quickly and answered any/all questions I had. I contacted them on a Friday and was able to get in the next day on Saturday in the afternoon. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted by Ashley who was so sweet. She walked me through the whole process from the different tints to percentage levels. I had no idea there were so many different options but she kept me informed. I left my vehicle with them and ran errands but she made sure she kept me updated on the progress of my car. 5+ stars for customer service! As for the service and tint itself, I was very satisfied. It was done carefully and everything looked clean! Heck, my car came back to me cleaner than I left it so thank you! The price was extremely reasonable compared to many other places I've contacted for the 4 passenger windows and back windshield! 5 stars for pricing and work done! Will definitely be coming back for different services in the future. read more

My Lexus ES was tinted by Dynamic Auto. I got front windshield tinted with Llumar Air80 and it was perfect. The film was nice cut and no bubbles at all. The price was reasonable too. It took about 2 hours for my front windshield and 2 front windows got tinted with Llumar ceramic. They have a nice lounge with AC and water if you want to wait for your vehicle. Terrible experience. Asked for a price for a full wrap. They said $3900. But then I asked how they keep the edges to stay and she said let me check and then said $5000. I wonder what would happen if I didn't ask... The cost for a color change seems hood read more

Had my windows and front windshield tinted here a couple weeks ago and was waiting to review to see if the problem was gonna resolve itself and unfortunately it hasn't. The front windshield did not adhere properly. I reached out to the company and they basically just said sorry and nothing they can do. After spending $200 just on the front windshield i was hoping they were gonna fix it. read more

Thank you to Vanessa, Ashley and the Dynamic Auto Customs team. My wrap and tint came out fantastic!

After searching and visiting about 4 different tint places I'm glad we found this one! They are very helpful and the waiting room inside is nice and clean. I would recommend this place to others. Don't expect them to take your car right away. they stop taking cars at 3 but if you show up at 3 they don't really start until an hour or more later. I know this because when I was waiting-- I was on my phone and it connected to my car Bluetooth. Meaning they barely turned on my car from the parking lot to take it in the back to the garage. I didn't leave till about 6:30. Other than that, great customer service and very clean office. read more

The film is actually pretty solid. Disappointed that I wanted all the windows dark and matching. In my vehicle the windows had factory tint, so I wanted them to match a 5% all around. the the Rear window is the only one that you are able to see into the vehicle. It's not as dark as the others. if I wanted it darker I'd have to pay to get it changed. When I initially stated I want all the windows matching. They blamed the light as a factor as to why it looked so light but this isn't my first time getting a window tint. I'm not trying to bash these guys what so ever. I guess you can say there was miscommunication when I clearly stated to match 5% all around when I spoke on the phone, but I guess it wasn't relayed over. I mean the imagine speaks for itself. read more

Dynamic Auto Custom - How does this match 5% with a manufacturer tint? - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Santa Ana, California

First of all, contrary to the promise, the front windshield was not tinted. I found out after and had to wait another hour. They said they forgot (wasn't sure if really forgot) I was writing this review while I was waiting for front windshield but I had to hold on to post review because manager guy came out apologized and explained about manufacturer warranty plus Promise that if window is accidentally broken they will replace film for free. Recently, the rear window of the car was broken, so I inquired about it, and now they said totally different story. They charge me even higher than what I paid for . I really don't understand why they make promises that they won't keep. It is better not expect any service after purchase in this shop. read more

What an awesome place to get your window tinted! Model 3 Llumar CTX 15% fronts 5% rears. I love and appreciate my car sooo much more than before! It looks so elegant and premium! Excellent service and quality product. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Requested quotes from different tint vendors on Yelp and TWT (The Windows Tinting) were one of the few that responded right away with a quote and description of their products. They carry high end products. My passenger side door panel was a bit wonky, but they didn't use the accessibility as an excuse but worked through it to get a clean job done. They had to redo it, but did not charge me extra. At the end they took the time to answer all my questions I had about tint care and also other inquires on future jobs for possible vinyl wrapping. All in all, easy promt communication. Finished my 2 front windows within 90mon as promised. read more
