We had DAC serviced our new 2026 Y tinted and ceramic coated. They performed a job well done at a competitive price. Car was turned over back to us clean as it was, coated and tinted as promised. Our family now recommends DAC for any vehicle tinting and ceramic coating. Rey O. read more

If you're looking for a place that's going to treat you right and give you exactly what you want, look no further. I messaged them and they replied so fast. They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with the options to best suit my needs. Upon my arrival to my appointment, I was met with friendly faces that were ready to help every step of the way. The only lie they told me was the time it was going to take. The receptionist estimated 3-4 hours and it was under 2 hours. So I say bravo to dynamic auto custom and they have earned a customer for life and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Staff responded promptly to my message and scheduled everything smoothly. I had my SUV's windows and windshield tinted, and the job was completed within three hours. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops. Recommended! read more

Took my grand Highlander here for tint. Never disappoints! I've taken all my cars here. Quality service and product.

This place is legit af!!! Called to see if they could squeeze me in 45 mins before close, they said no problem come on by. Place is very clean, nice lobby and great customer service from Vanessa at the front. I just wanted to match the factory tint on my 24 Tacoma, but I will be back to wrap the roof and mirrors real soon!! Go here if you want good quality customer service and quick, clean work! read more

I am a returning customer of dynamic auto customs in Santa ana, the first time I came was last year just before summer they were running a special on full window tint, I chose 5 percent ceramic window tint and it came out flawlessly, after one full year my windows still look perfect and brand new and the functionality has been perfect against the heat/UV from summer sun. I recently returned to have a partial wrap done (my rear bumper) in a beautiful gloss carbon fiber print from 3M. They had tons of options even different brands of vinyl wrap to give you a wide range of options. They also warranty their work to give you piece of mind if anything goes wrong. Would reccomend to anybody, and will return again. read more

Service Provided - 0/10 Quality - 0/10 Value - 0/10 Transparency - 0/10. Service 1/10 Went here for Ceramic Coating and Tinting. We just bought the car 1-2 months ago. We left the car there at 8am in the morning, before leaving the car, we washed the car to make sure that if there were any scratch we were able to identify it before leaving it in this place. We look around, there are no scratches when we left it. 2 days later there was a small dent and scratched on the car. Hence, we they returned it, I said, I am not gonna accept this, you guys have to fix this. Talk to one of the employees, his name was Kyle, and this guy just basically said "ok, no worries we will fix it, instead of figuring out who's fault it is, no worries we will fix it. I am going to order the paint today and just come back the following Monday." We got extremely busy, had some hospital procedures, so we actually made an appointment to fix this issue 2-3 weeks later. Went there, and they said they fixed it, but it was just pure BS. Nothing was really done. Dent was still there, and that paint remove as showed in the image below is still there. Transparency - 0/10. They kept saying that it was there before we left it, that there was some sort of rock chip that hit the car before we left it. We know that this IS NOT TRUE. for the following reasons: 1. Before we left like mentioned above, we washed the car, took pictures to make sure that if they were to damage the car, we could counter. 2. They also actually take pictures before taking the car in and accepting it. 3. We actually just got the car back from Tesla as they were some manufacturing issues and they completely replaced the windshield so we checked carefully after this. So we triple check it and we are 200% that it was there when we left it. 4. We went to 2 other body shop to ask what they think happened to this and the first question they ask us, what service did you do? I said ceramic coating and tint, and people from these body shops think that they must've mistakenly damage the car when they were working on the ceramic coating part, and they were explaining the possibility of how that could happen but the Auto Shop don't want to take the blame for it so they claim they keep claiming that it was a "rock chip that hit it. 5. After almost 2 months, the owner of this place decided to fix this issue, as he is scared to get sued for this. Went to that body shop that they ask us to go on July 4th and same thing, the guys from this body shop don't think it's a rock chip that went to the car just like what they are claiming so now there are 3 body shops pretty much saying that they are lying. The guys from this body shop who barely speaks english definitely don't think it's a rock chip as they claim it to be. 6. Also, when I spoke to the owner, he claims that he watched the videos for like 3 hours to identify if it was their fault or but claim that it was not. Not to mention the owner of this place is EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED AND MACHISTA. HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR WOMEN. So to be fair, I asked if they have the video and pictures that they were supposed to take just like any other place who provides this type of services. As you can see from the image below, they claim that the image was not taken so they cannot prove that it was not there before. If you read the image carefully below, they claim that the image was not save. The owner claims that there was no wifi so it didn't save. LOL As a Software Engineer that have worked on DEFENSE projects, I know for a fact that this is not true. In android phones, you do not need to have a wifi to have the image saved. It is stored locally by default. You do not need a wifi to save the image. CONCLUSION: OWNER of this place is extremely rude, entitled and machista. He calls me and tells me that they are not gonna take the blame for it but he is going to fix it anyway so I should be grateful for that. OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE LIER and probably force his employees to keep lying to costumers. When we were in the body shop, I was explaining what happened and he was not even willing to listen and was EXTREMELY RUDE. He tells me to EDUCATE MYSELF about it. Also, he asked the person from the body shop to make us sign something to make sure that he doesn't get sued for it, but the body shop denied to do that probably just because for a fact that he is a lier. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. Whatever they say, you should counter check from another place. We haven't really check yet if whatever service they said they provided is what was provided but I am sure that transparency is not there. Also the fact that they know we are both women, so probably he thought he can just say whatever BS he wants and we would believe that. Regret spending $1500 in this place. The mistake that was done in the car is not a big deal, mistakes happen all the time, but it's how the OWNER of this shop handled it. read more

I shopped around for multiple quotes on gettin my front windshield tinted on my Tesla Model Y that I recently took delivery of. Most places had charges anywhere between $300-500 dollars for a quality tint. I was able to get the LLUMAR IRX which is one of the top tints available on my Model y. There are obviously some haziness and water moisture initially but they assured me that if they are still there within the week they will take care of me. I like that they offer ticket protection as well because you just never know (fingers crossed that I won't have to ever use it). All in all they were able to square me up with an appointment and get it done close to the quoted time. Appreciate family owned businesses as they typically do care about their customers more then big business shops! read more

* CERAMIC COATING AND FULL FRONT PPL * These are what standouts for this Business: - Customer Service (i kept bugging Alex for some very minor details with regard to the work and he kept his patience with me and cordially answered all my concern be it big or small) The staff in the front office are also very cordial and attentive. - Assurance of your vehicle being taken care of and secured while at their facilities. - Alex and Staff will work with you and your budget and they do not compromise the quality of material or the quality of work that they will do. - They will do their best to accomodate any additional service request that you may have - i highly recommend "Dynamic Auto Customs" for their service, workmanship and pricing. read more

Dynamic Auto Custom - Front PPL and Full Ceramic Coating on a Subaru Forester - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I originally sent a quote request thru Yelp for a different place and it asked if I wanted to send it to other business and I was like eh sure why not. Dynamic Auto Customs happened to be on the list. One MAIN reason why I chose Dynamic over the other highly rated tint spot was because they had a waiting room for customers. The other was drop off only. I might have been a little too cautious or paranoid but as an Asian woman traveling alone, I didn't feel like getting in a strangers car with everything thats going on in the world right now. Also saved me some money so it's fine :') I forgot the name of the guy who helped me in the morning (sorry!) but he was real cool and informative as he could be. Not my first time getting tinted windows so I already knew what I wanted- LLumar IRX 30% all around and 50% for the windshield. My appt was at 11 and the car pulled out at around 1:20 They wanted to let the car sit for 20 mins to let the bubbles or whatever do their thing. Did a quick look around and everything looked good. It's been 4 days since I got the tints and there's no visible signs of bubbles, peeling or oxidation. I recommend this place if you're looking to get your windows tinted or to install some modifications. read more

I got my 2023 Tesla tinted with Dynamic Auto Customs after doing a lot of research. From setting the appointment, to having the tinting done, the whole entire process was smooth like butter. Customer service was good and pricing was fair. Just a heads up, pay in cash for a better price incentive! After the service was complete, I took the car home and after the 48-72 hour everything still looked great. No bubbling, streaking, or any other issues which are common with other installers. I intend to bring my Suburban in for the front windows and windshield in the next couple of weeks. read more

From the ease of obtaining a quote (via Yelp) and getting all the questions addressed by Vanessa quickly to an awesome tint application, Dynamic provided top notch service. Back in March, I reached out to several tint shops around south OC and the prices were substantially higher than that quoted by Dynamic. I was a bit apprehensive with the low price, but found comfort in my research via Google and Yelp to trust them with my 2023 Model 3 and they exceeded my expectations. It's been more than two months now and the windows (front/rear sides and back windshield) all look great and the ceramic film definitely blocks off notable amount of heat. I see a few tiny bubbles showing by the defroster in the back window, but if it's noticeable or gets bigger, I'm sure Dynamic will take care of them. Thank you Vanessa and the team at Dynamic! I will absolutely return with another Model 3 we just bought. read more

Look no further, this is the place to go. I came here to get Tesla Model Y Tinted. I got everything tinted, all side windows, rear, front windshield and rooftop. I could have gone back to the guy I went for tint in the past but he didn't do front windshield and didn't have the heat rejection I wanted, nor did he have much experience with tesla model y. This place did it all, super professional and definitely have great experience tint Teslas. After a week I did notice some bubbling dude to the window rolling down slightly when you open Tesla doors so it didn't cure entirely. I messaged Vanessa about it and she offered to get it redone. She booked me a time right away and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. All the tint looks super clean. I wanted to give her a tip as my way to say thank you and she refused it. My car now feels so much cooler now and doesn't take long to cool down the entire car. These guys definitely go for satisfaction and I'm 100% satisfied. Will definitely be come back here in the future for my other cars. read more

Could not be any happier with my experience at Dynamic Auto Custom. I have wanted to tint the windows of my SUV for a long time and now I am wondering why I waited so long. Everyone was super helpful, especially Kyle, who threw in free micro edging. Manager even came out and made sure I was taken care of. And they gave me the best rate in town for Llumar CTX ceramic. And I called a bunch of places too. Also got free ticket protection for checking in on Yelp. Got both my cars done on a Saturday and I didn't have to come in super early since they close at 7. Most places either close early or are completely booked on Saturdays, but they were able to squeeze me in and got both my cars done in 3 hours. They also have free wifi and water bottles in their waiting room, a table if you need to work, or a couch if you just want to sit and chill. Very happy with the price, product, work and service.
