Best car alarm shop around Central Valley! Got an IGLA installed today my V8 Lexus, IGLA referred me to Carlos here at dynamic audio. I was greeted by Carlos very nice and respectful gentleman he set me up for a appointment in 3 days from our first chat, I showed up and he did the IGLA alarm and also a remote start and his technician is awesome guy was super cool and took care of me and the car I was able to go out back into the shop and saw they have respect for the customers. They put protective Matt on my door to prevent any scratches which was amazing to see! Installer takes pride in his work thank you! 1971 Corvette Brought my car to them with reassurance that my old simple car was no problem to address my list of issues. So. They Installed new OEM Radio, new wires, new speakers When I brought my car to them I Explained to them that my Interior lights and cigarette lighter worked. But after I had that repaired I lost my seat belt indicator my fuel gage and my right turn indicator after my clock was disconnected. So they Installed my new OEM clock & Fuel gage. Investigated right turn signal which they did not repair. Took car home was misfiring. Checked systems no headlights, interior lights and cigarette lighter NOW not working, fuel gage stuck on full. Engine Vacuum hoses were disconnected. Returned car with fingerprints everywhere and interior floor dirty. So i placied a stop payment on there invoice. The next morning I started my car and my new Radio and my new clock did not work. Whatever you do stay away from this place. They charged me $150 per hour for 8 hours of what? Professional Ripoff. read more

Well where do I start?... I had Carlos and dynamic audio install a big system on my Nauique wakeboat. I am still suffering the consequences of letting dynamic audio touch my boat. I spent thousands and thousands and they did crappy work. Short cuts, sloppiness, and overall horrible experience. Not to mention the scratches on my gel coat thanks to these "professional installers" . Make a long story short Chucktronics is redoing my whole stereo because dynamic audio has a serious case of incompetence. If they want to fix the problem, they can start by paying for my new Install at chucktronics. I doubt that will happen as Carlos as proven the kind of business man he is...I could be wrong. read more

Took my car in to get a head unit installed (I supplied the unit) he says he can do it then I drop my car off go to work the same day, come back and he says the cars amp wasn't compatible. AFTER pulling the OEM unit out and installing the new one, instead of just checking whether or not it would work, still kept my 100$ for the labor AND broke my air vents which I noticed after I left. read more

Where do I begin, they scratched my glovebox, scratched my shifter trim ring, spilled fiberglass resin on the rear fender of my brand new car, and didn't tell me. They also spilled something on my front fender that ate the clear coat. They wouldn't admit and luckily the dealer took care of me. Ok accidents happen, but these guys are snakes, I had to point these issues out to them. If you take your car to them, which I wish I hadn't, take pics, and definitely look your car over afterwards. Took over 2 months to get my parts replaced. I'm still finding broken trim pieces these guys didn't tell me about. And to top it off they use a pic of my install! LOSERS! These guys treated my car like crap... You've been warned! Go to Audio Xperts in Vacaville and speak to Vince he is definitely a pro! read more

We have received nothing but excellent service from Dynamic Audio since the original installation of Ipod compatible head units in both our vehicle and our son's vehicle. Our son also opted for for a remote start alarm to be installed at the same time as his stereo. Not only did Dynamic Audio complete a solid professional installation of the alarm, but also removed the prior poorly installed subwoofer wiring so as not to detract from their professional installation. We did have an issue with an intermittent problem with the steering wheel control unit, however Carlos and Sergio verified the problem and replaced the unit at their expense. I would highly recommend Dynamic Audio to anyone looking to upgrade their stock or dated car audio system or alarm system. read more

This place is double the price of all the shops I looked into, but came recommend so I gave it a shot. The installation itself came out well. The installation kit that was sold to me isn't 100% compatible with my Nissan. Although it was sold to me like it would work flawlessl. To start My air conditioning wasn't working properly after install so I had to turn around and bring it back. I had to take time from work to bring it back again when My center information cluster wasn't working correctly. They said "it needs to be programed but unfortunately they can't do it and their hasn't been a firmware update on this unit since 2018". So their solution was to throw in a mediocre back up camera that I didn't want. I just wanted my system to work and look like it was supposed to. To top it off they scratched up my front bumper in two places and had the audacity to argue with me that it wasn't them. But then offered to send it to have them buffed out. Even funnier is that they accidently left a brand new still in the box amp in my SUV and had the balls to call and ask for it back. I go to give it back and The sales guy tells me to calm down and they'll take care of it, but apparently I have to take more time off to take my SUV to someone they recommend to take out the scratches? No I'm ok, I wouldn't trust this bunch to touch my kids bicycle. Call me crazy but a simple system shouldn't cost $4200 and require 3 trips for it to not work like it was sold to me and then throw a backup camera in like that fixes then problem. Then to top it off , scratch your vehicle. Save your time and money, I've had better work in stockton shops for half the price. The worst most expensive car audio work I've ever had. read more

I had a time all setup twice and I even called and confirmed my appointment with the owner, he said be here at 10am. I was there at 9:50am and stayed until 10:15am. He never showed up, I left a note on his door and he never called. What's bad about this whole thing is he did this to me twice. This review is way over due. I had originally posted a negative review which was a error on my part. Carlos troubleshot my installation and educated me on D class/Mono amps and the interference it causes on FM signal. I really appreciate all the hard work they put in to make my audio system in my car meet my expectations! Took my truck in to have a remote start with time delay installed. Work was done professionally & finished on time as promised. Once I got home I noticed a few things that weren't working as they were prior to the installation. The dome light didn't come on upon unlock and the horn didn't sound after pressing the lock button. I called and talked to Sergio and explained what was happening. He was very apologetic and ask me to come back and they will correct it while I wait. It was a simple programming step the installer overlooked. I went back, they corrected it in 20 minutes and I was on my way! The system works perfectly now! Great customer service, professional installation, quality products & they stand behind what they do! The only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is because I had to go back.(changed my mind, I'll give them 5) That being said, when I'm ready to upgrade my stereo system I'm going to call Sergio! These guys know their business and even though they my be a little higher on the pricing side, the old saying holds true..."you get what you pay for". I had a small problem & they made it right. In 2007 I went to Dynamic Audio to see about having a remote starter installed on my new 2007 Dodge truck. I checked with a couple of other car audio retailers that installed remote starters, but they didn't seem very professional. After seven years of constant use the remote starter was acting up, so I took it back to Dynamic Audio and Carlos promptly had it repaired. It needed a new relay. When I went to pay, he wouldn't let me. What amazing service!!! AFTER 7 YEARS, TO REPAIR AT NO CHARGE IS INCREDIBLE!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more
