So we've been back at least another 1/2 dozen times and our experience has been better. I'm still left traumatized from the previous experience in which my sick child was refused washroom access but I also recognize it was a one time incident. So I'm upgrading to 3 stars today. This location continues to offer online booking as well as walk-in appointments. If the wait is really long or it's after hours, the Sturgeon Hospital next door is generally quicker and has longer hours. read more

The most unprofessional clinic I have ever been in!! The walk in wait was 45 mins which is not bad but the lady behind the desk was not putting people on the list which resulted in people leaving the clinic very angry. I strongly suggest everyone try a different route. read more

The wait here for drop ins is 3hrs and 48 minutes. The line up is still out the door. Alberta Health Services is a disaster!! These poor elderly people waiting and waiting. It's abusive! Even with appointments, the wait is 1.5 hours. read more

I had an appointment for 245 pm arrived at 200 pm and didn't get in until 330 pm, meanwhile walk ins without an appointment we're getting in ahead of me! Waited 10minutes to get checked in, as there was no one at the counter.. then over 2hrs before I got my bloodwork done. Those who had an appointment were waiting at a minimum a half hour past their appointment time. Don't even bother trying, find another location. read more

The service this afternoon was very slow! The workers moved at a slow pace and didn't seem to be concerned that the lineups were 7-8 people at times. Twice there was not a worker in sight and a quite feeble women stood wobbling with her cane waiting for service. If this business can't do better then the government health system needs to get busy and find a new lab system. The management at the St. Albert lab needs to review the workers' attitudes and service approach. Disappointed! read more

Terrible service yesterday from the nurse that drew my blood. I've had many experience with having blood drawn and I know my veins are small so I always give the nurses a heads up that butterfly needles work better for me. Most often they listen and use the smaller needle (even at this location) but this one particular nurse chose to ignore me, used the regular needle and smirked and said that the blood comes out quicker this way. Thanks, now I have a large bruise on my arm that always happens when a regular needle is used. read more
