In this update I would just add that 2022 was another great year as Mark and the team at OneSails were there for everything I needed this season, and the low price to fix the shredded foot of my spinnaker, with a 20 foot rip from being caught in a cleat, was extremely reasonable and the repair completed in less than a week. I also love the new white mainsail and wheel covers they made for me last winter. I also like how they support our local sailing events like the CYC Vanderbilt Cup where I won that cover. I've been using Victory for years, and they just successfully bailed me out once again after a…read morelaptop crash. When I first started using them, I'd been told by a couple of other computer techs that my data could not be salvaged on my laptop at the time. I went to Victory and they quickly found and backed up every bit of my substantial amount of data! And did it all with a smile while they chatted with me, and then charged me far less than I expected, which I've learned is their norm. Last year after a crash, Dell's tech told me my data could not be salvaged as the hard drive had failed. Victory once again retrieved and backed up ALL of my data from the bad hard drive, and Dell then replaced the bad drive. The owner, Frank, and his staff are the nicest bunch of guys you could meet, and I've yet to have to wait for service. I walk in, and they take care of my computer while I wait. I also bought a new external drive from them for a very fair price, and it's been very reliable. After some rocky experiences with computer techs in the past, I would never go anywhere else.
