We checked out their website and instantly fell in love with the idea of having the highlight reels. Even after seeing many of their previous works, nothing could prepare us for how emotional we got when watching ours. They were great at stepping in to direct us when needed, but for the most part they just blended into all of the different parts of the day. Having this video to share with friends and family is priceless. We put it up on Facebook and the responses were overwhelming. Friends of friends said it made them cry and they don't even know us!!! Chris and Aenid have such a gift of capturing important, emotional, simple moments and editing them together to make them magical. They were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process... I am not good at planning these types of things and they really helped me work out the details of the day which made all the other planning much more manageable. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know planning an important occasion! Thank you Candi Project for being so amazing at what you do! http://thecandiproject.com/rysa-michaels-wedding-penthouse-808/

Words can't express how amazing Chris and Aenid are!…read more I had decided pretty last minute that I HAD to have a videographer for our wedding (about a month prior!) - which lead to sleepless nights watching demo videos online and trying to find a videographer who created beautiful wedding highlights, was within our budget, and was still available for our wedding day! All of which The Candi Project met, much to our joy!!! Chris and Aenid are AMAZING to work with. They met with us about a week after I had reached out to them, and communicated with us to get all the info before our big day (which was only a few weeks away at that point!). The day of the wedding, they went to my now husband's place first to capture him getting ready and were infinitely patient when he was very late in coming back home from picking up his best man! They then came to my place to capture me getting ready with my ladies, then rushed to the church to set up their cameras for the ceremony. It was AWESOME having the dual team and THREE different camera angles at our ceremony. And they were with us at the reception until like an hour before the party ended - which was almost 12 hours!!! They were also ridiculously fast with the editing - our wedding was on 10/5 and they sent us the link to our highlights video YESTERDAY - only 3 weeks!! I can't stop watching our video. Everyone has cried watching it. I would not hesitate in recommending The Candi Project for any of your video/photo needs. Chris and Aenid are AMAZING (and are super nice and sweet!!!), and we loved that they were there to capture our special day!

The team Jay assembled to pull this feat off were top notch. From Christen, the sweet and efficient Production Coordinator to Andrea, the stylist with such a great eye and warm personality, to Jay's assistant and everyone else in the studio, I just had such a wonderful experience! My client is beyond thrilled with the quality of the photography. These shots have elevated their brand into the next level and I feel lucky to have been a part of that. I highly recommend Jay for any project you have, you will NOT be let down.

We got our album layouts (which he hired someone for), but that's only because he got a letter from our lawyer and emails threating legal action from us. Once we sent back the first round of editing, we got nothing. No response, no contact and it seems his office closed up. No email, no phone and no address. Thankfully we still owed him money, so we gave up and took his "hard work" from the layout and I made our own on Picaboo parents album and our own. It was sad to write this because he takes great pictures and was so great with us. He was friendly, nice and seemed to care. I know life gets in the way but when you sign a contract you should live up. In the end it wasn't worth suing and we are just happy we have our photos to look back on. Some people have it worse with wedding photographers, I just wouldn't hire this one.
