Their team captured both the business and narrative objectives in their work, and I think that made them very strong. Some creative project managers will put style over substance, but Miller:Datri Entertainment was right with us the whole time. Their consistent email and phone updates were more than good enough for my satisfaction. There's a low barrier of entry for high-quality looking video, but a very high barrier for producers who are masters at storytelling. They're true producers and storytellers, not just a collection of cameramen and editors. That's a rare find. Their team provides great feedback because they understand my vision and know what my best intentions are, even when I can't express it myself.

As a non-profit community based program, our budgets are always very tight so we rarely can afford to have professional "marketing" materials made about our services, so we were thrilled when Joanes volunteered his skills and expertise. On the day of filming, he spent the entire day with our program staff and participants, conducting interviews and capturing our classes in action. Afterwards, he must have spent hours editing the video himself and putting the final product together, and the care he took really shows in the final product!
