She gave me perhaps the best massage of my life, certainly it was in the top two. There was one I got back in 1993 that stands out. She's so intuitive and it all felt very nurturing. The music was nature noises which worked well for me. As a musician I listen to music and so that I can't let go if music plays, no matter how zen. The spa is cute and small and well laid out. It smelled gorgeous and the entire experience was just what I needed.

It is a cozy and tasteful place, all sheeshee and dolled up, tiny but with the services of a "big girl" location. My first cut was on point, and I was VERY happy (dang, as I write, I can't remember my stylist name! But I loved her). Their massage/facial services are on the pricy point, so if I try them out, they better stand up to the cost (I've had services for less at a Ritz Carlton... yes, they are pricy), BUT if they are THAT good, then BRING IT! I'll try other places before I pick "my place". But this little tucked away gem, so far, is in the race!

Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. There was minimal improvement after the first session, so I scheduled the next one with a different person. That person cancelled so I got the same person again. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.

Aching after the move, I HAD to get some relief. So far I've found one place I love, and then I tried BSDS! It is expensive folks. It is a small woman-owned business nestled in Hyannis. But as a small business, you will get that customized, love you to pieces service that only a small woman-owned business can. Kelly the owner is a peach of human and her staff are following her footsteps. I just moved to Cape Cod from Hudson, MA where I left my beloved massage therapist Melissa from Synergy Wellness. In pain and tired, I tried this place. Came in for an hour and stayed for 90 minutes. I was hoping for bone-crushing deep tissue, which Danielle couldn't deliver - for a reason. She wanted to know WHAT was hurting/in need of help. And focused on what the body craved in a silent dialogue between her and my aching bones. I woke up this morning with ZERO sciatica and shoulder pain. Using very interesting techniques, and applying heat and COLD, I don't know WHAT she did or how she did it, but she brought it.
