Afortunadamente, ya estábamos de camino a Hazleton, pero me dijeron que no iba a llegar a tiempo y que lo mejor sería que fuera al McDonald's en la salida 141, cerca de un restaurante chino. Llegué al McDonald's a las 5:10 p.m. y llamé para informar que ya estaba allí. No fue hasta las 5:45 p.m. que me llamaron diciendo que el chofer estaba afuera. Salí de inmediato, pero no había nadie. Llamé nuevamente y la recepcionista me dijo que el bus debía estar en la parte de atrás. Fui a revisar y, nuevamente, no había nada. Cuando le expliqué mi ubicación, me dijo que "aparentemente" estaba en el lugar equivocado, lo cual era falso porque esa era la dirección exacta que ella me había dado. Luego, me pidió que fuera al Sheetz más cercano, pero este estaba a 5 minutos en carro y a casi una hora caminando. Le pedí que por favor mandara al chofer a recogerme, pero me respondió de forma fría y cortante que "lamentablemente no." Al final, lo único que hizo fue ofrecerme un reembolso, como si eso compensara la falta de profesionalismo y tiempo perdido. Además, el trato de la recepcionista fue pésimo: grosera, impaciente y nada servicial. Si esto es un reflejo del servicio que ofrecen, jamás volvería a confiar en Cibao Express. Una experiencia frustrante y decepcionante.

Upon discharge the hospital made transportation arrangements. They don't use private transport I was told. I reached out to Touch of Kindness 3 times for a refund of $143 for which I was told would be no problem. They refunded $93 . When I called to ask about the other $50 I was told it was the deductible. I told the person on the phone to have the owner call me which didn't happen. At no time was I told I would not receive a full refund. For this reason I would not recommend this company. They performed no service and charged a 92 year old man for this.
