Prior to the trip, I had asked about seating next to the driver as an adult, but it was denied and confirmed of having an additional adult/security person present. However, during the trip there was no additional adult present, which created concern as minors were on board and several parents were uncomfortable. The audio system, which is a core part of the party bus experience, was not functioning during the ride. This was raised at the time, and a portable speaker was later brought in as a workaround, which was not comparable to the built-in system. In addition, some features that were discussed on the day of the event were not present in the vehicle provided. When these concerns were raised afterward, the company disagreed with our experience and requested an additional charge related to the speaker that was brought in during the trip. Overall, this was not the experience we expected for the price paid.
