    Please Share Elegant Arrivals provides the worse service in the valley! Instead of a refund he offered a $100 gc for his crappy company Hello Steve, my name is Antonio Santiago and I did have a trip with your company on Saturday July 20th 2018. We did rent your 14 passenger party bus which was in very rough shape. First off I would love to thank Jeanne who was very professional when booking her our trip. We booked our 6 hour package which took us from Bethlehem to The Franklin Institute. As you know Saturday was an extremely hot day so we needed the AC in the bus. The bus pulled up at 4:00pm and Debbie came to the door to greet us and it looked as though she was in a swimming pool before picking us up. She did advise me the AC is not working properly and she was very sorry. She said it would take some time to cool the vehicle down. We loaded into the bus and she started heading toward Philadelphia. The vehicle was so hot it was unbearable. I then contacted you to see what could be done and you said if we don't like it we can have her take us home. That is not what I wanted to hear as I could not disappoint our group as we have been looking forward to this trip. Deb then got on the Turnpike and we finally opened all the windows and completely shut the air vent off that was blowing hot air. We were very upset as one of the passengers on board did have a hear condition. We got to the museum finally and exited the vehicle and one of our passengers seemed to have heat exhaustion and puked all over the sidewalk. We hurried in the museum to be relieved by their A/C. We then went through the museum and headed back to the bus 2 and 1/2 hours early. When getting on the vehicle I did see the check engine light was lit on the dashboard and so was the ABS light which is so dangerous and this vehicle should of never left the shop. So we then head home on the turnpike in the hot microwave on wheels and suddenly your vehicle door flew open. Poor Debbie who was an amazing driver had to pull over and I had to assist with shutting the door properly. This vehicle was so unsafe I was not sure why it was operating. I did check the DOT number as well and it states the vehicle is currently pending insurance cancellation. I am extremely upset with your company and you really need to be cautious as these vehicles are risking your passenger's lives. I would like a refund for this trip ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank you for your time.

    Extremely dissatisfied. Showed up late resulting in missing the event that we had scheduled for. Unacceptable.

I booked a 12 hour limo van for my 15 year wedding anniversary last December. Prior to booking we called the company and explained all of the places we planned to visit in New York City at Christmas time on a Saturday. We provided an itinerary that was detailed with addresses. The reason we booked through this company is because they assured us they could accommodate that itinerary and that they were experts at navigating the city. We also asked if there was any in vehicle entertainment to play movies, which they told us they did via DVD player. When the driver arrived we asked for instructions for the video components. Unfortunately none of it worked. It was disappointing because they said they had this available, but we tried to brush it off. Our first stop on our trip was uptown around 75th street. I verified with the driver that he had all of the correct addresses, but as we neared the city I realized he was taken us in via the Holland Tunnel which is for travel downtown and far out of the way from where we needed to be. We had paid for tickets to an event at our first location. When he showed me his GPS he entered the wrong name of a location instead of entering the address we had provided. Unfortunately we missed out on our first stop, couldn't get a refund, and were stuck in traffic as he took a route that took us through midtown close to Broadway. Due to him going the wrong way we had to completely reconfigure our route and plan for the night. We had two stops planned after our first stop that we abandoned because of the intense delay. We decided to then go to Rockefeller Center. He dropped us off, and when we asked to be picked up he gave us a location that I immediately recognized would put us in intense levels of traffic. From when we asked him to pick us up, to when he did, was an hour. When I called him because this seemed like a grossly long delay, he snapped at me on the phone, was rude, and refused to give us further updates as to where he was. We stood in the cold waiting to be picked up. From there we had a location downtown. I can't emphasize this enough, he decided to drive down Times Square on a Saturday evening in December. We are very understanding and aware that NYC at Christmas is busy. But mistakes, the driver's demeanor, and the misleading agreements when we booked the trip could have been avoided. Anyone even remotely versed in driving in the city would have taken a different route. We missed the reservation we planned and had to contact the restaurant to see if they could accommodate us. This was an expensive evening, one in which my husband and I saved up for and chose to do because of the information given to us by the company. To be honest the vehicle felt rickety, and our driver when on the highway was in my opinion driving recklessly. Please avoid booking through this company. I never contacted them afterwards because I knew if they could mislead us so deeply before booking they wouldn't offer anything that could resolve the hundreds of dollars we spent and the ruined evening we had spent months planning. Of the 7 locations they told us they could easily get us to in 12 hours we went to a grand total of 3. We lost money on events we had prepaid for, truly this was an awful experience.
