Excellent service! On time, courteous, clean, comfortable vehicle. Takes the headache out of your trip to the airport. Highly recommended!

Please Share Elegant Arrivals provides the worse service in the valley! Instead of a refund he offered a $100 gc for his crappy company Hello Steve, my name is Antonio Santiago and I did have a trip with your company on Saturday July 20th 2018. We did rent your 14 passenger party bus which was in very rough shape. First off I would love to thank Jeanne who was very professional when booking her our trip. We booked our 6 hour package which took us from Bethlehem to The Franklin Institute. As you know Saturday was an extremely hot day so we needed the AC in the bus. The bus pulled up at 4:00pm and Debbie came to the door to greet us and it looked as though she was in a swimming pool before picking us up. She did advise me the AC is not working properly and she was very sorry. She said it would take some time to cool the vehicle down. We loaded into the bus and she started heading toward Philadelphia. The vehicle was so hot it was unbearable. I then contacted you to see what could be done and you said if we don't like it we can have her take us home. That is not what I wanted to hear as I could not disappoint our group as we have been looking forward to this trip. Deb then got on the Turnpike and we finally opened all the windows and completely shut the air vent off that was blowing hot air. We were very upset as one of the passengers on board did have a hear condition. We got to the museum finally and exited the vehicle and one of our passengers seemed to have heat exhaustion and puked all over the sidewalk. We hurried in the museum to be relieved by their A/C. We then went through the museum and headed back to the bus 2 and 1/2 hours early. When getting on the vehicle I did see the check engine light was lit on the dashboard and so was the ABS light which is so dangerous and this vehicle should of never left the shop. So we then head home on the turnpike in the hot microwave on wheels and suddenly your vehicle door flew open. Poor Debbie who was an amazing driver had to pull over and I had to assist with shutting the door properly. This vehicle was so unsafe I was not sure why it was operating. I did check the DOT number as well and it states the vehicle is currently pending insurance cancellation. I am extremely upset with your company and you really need to be cautious as these vehicles are risking your passenger's lives. I would like a refund for this trip ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank you for your time. read more

Elegant Arrivals - Limos Near Me - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

RUN, RUN fast the other way!! Let's start with NEVER, EVER use this company for any reason. When you hire a limo service you expect a certain level of professionalism and quality of service. If you ask for a vehicle to accommodate 8 people heading to a cruise with luggage, a walker and a scooter you would think "size" of the vehicle DOES matter. The ride to the cruise port was in an unkept, no AC, limited space for luggage vehicle. The vehicle provided for the ride home from the cruise was laughable at best. Luggage for 8 with a scooter and a walker all went inside the vehicle with the 8 of us. Completely unsafe on every level!! Zero room for 8 adult size people with one person that physically was unable to get into the back of the vehicle. The driver made no attempt to help with this situation, he kept saying I'm just the driver and stood there watching. There was no AC in the vehicle and we're fortunate that the luggage didn't fly around as the corners were taken well above the speed limit. Calling the company to dispute the size of the vehicle not accommodating what was requested in the contract and not having AC, led to speaking with an incredibly rude, disrespectful, incompetent employee who made it clear non of this was their problem. Stay far away from this company, they don't have competent employees and they certainly don't have compliant vehicles to service customers. It's a shame I even had to rate this a 1 star. That's so over rated in itself. read more

I would definitely recommend/use again: *excellent service and good communication. *pricing was by far the lowest we found and there were no hidden or surprise fees. read more

Ronnie from Elegant Arrivals took my with and friends for a girls weekend in NYC to see a show. They had a blast, and the stretch limo made it really special. Ronnie took care of the crew both ways, and even brought his own Bluetooth stereo b/c the one in the limo was not working. We would definitely book again. Thanks! read more

Horrible. You will not get what you pay for and you will get far less than your reasonable expectation. There is a reason their contract states something along the lines of "We can show up with a totally different vehicle than what you ordered". Avoid this place. read more

I will never use this company again. The owner is a nasty person, I don't know how he stays in business. I set up a pickup and return for 5 people with 10 pieces of luggage, he said no problem he would send a brand new Suburban. He sent a mini van, I called him on the spot and he denied saying that, I had it right on the contract. We did get luggage in , but it was crowded. On return trip I told him we needed a bigger vehicle, he said I would have to pay another $100 or he would not pick us up. He gave me 5 minutes to make a decision since we were going out to sea on our cruise. I called him when I got back and he hung up on me. The owner, Steve Miga is so unprofessional and the service is horrible. I would advise people never use this company for anything!!!! read more

I used Elegant Arrivals for a ride that was taking my entire family to the Philadelphia Airport for my WEDDING which took place in St. Thomas, UVI. The driver picked us up at my then home in Sellersville, PA. (I'm divorced now-maybe the limo ride had something to do with it) Sellersville is about 45 minutes from the Philly airport without traffic-we left at 5:00 AM. I swear it took close to 2.5 hours to get there because the driver was driving about 25MPH-I was wondering why all the cars were passing us on the highway. It turns out that the driver put fresh WATER in the windshield washer bottle-it was about 25 degrees outside-guess what, the water that was sprayed on the windshield froze and he couldn't see. He refused to pull over to scrape it off and didn't care if we made our plane on time to Puerto Rico. In fact, we didn't make check in-it was only because of a very nice clerk for United that we made it and also the fact that the pilot held the plane and asked some people to get off (with vouchers) that we were all able to get to Puerto Rico on time. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use Elegant Arrivals. There was such a "I don't give a crap" by the driver that I wanted to lay him out across the hood of the car. read more

I used Elegant Arrivals in Oct and November and had a positive experience.I plan to use them again for my next travel event..

Worst car service ever!!! The owner is nothing but a big liar!!! He is rude & nasty!! As per our contract, we were promised a Suburban to take us to Bayonne. There were 5 of us & 10 pieces of luggage, which he knew! He sent a mini van!! Somehow, we made it work! We were packed in like sardines! For the return trip, he told us, if we wanted a bigger vehicle, we would have to pay another $100.00, or find another way home!!! How this jerk stays in business is a mystery to me!! He totally breached the contract! When my friend called him after we got back, he hung up on her!! Stay away!!! He is nothing but a sleeze ball!!! read more

We took a limo bus to the Manhattan pier. The bus was old and not very nice. It was raining and the AC was on I was sitting right underneath it. It was leaking and me and other person on other side got soaked it was awful. Then the bus door literally opened and we were driving with door opened my husband had to tie it together. The driver used her phone for gps to get there. Didn't even apologize for the awful service and how the two passengers were dripping wet. I'd never ever use this company EVER read more

So far we're having a wonderful time! Everything is going as planned; the limo driver was very pleasant and courteous, explained how everything worked on the inside of the vehicle, drove very safely, even gave us some good advice about where we were going that day, I would definitely recommend this service and will definitely use this company again! read more

TERRIBLE. Not worth it to save. I read the bad reviews... and still booked. Don't make my same mistake. It is cheap for a reason, and not worth the hassle and filth. Rented a limo for a bachlorette party. Spoke directly with the owner and he told me he was going to give us a great deal... which should have been a red flag from the beginning. I was told the price was $375 for an escalade limo for 5 hours (which claimed to typically be around $700) and that we should set aside whatever we felt reasonable to tip the driver. The limo was 45 minutes late, no call, no apologies. After speaking with the owner on the phone I was originally told that it was not that big of a deal - because we were getting such a great deal. I asked to be refunded for the time lost and FINALLY after a half hour of speaking to the owner was told we would receive a voucher for the lost time. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Called about it later and was told that it was not in their policy..... The limo that arrived had broken air conditioning that was so loud we could not hear our voices over it and no cold air came out. The limo did not match the description and pictures we were promised online - the carpet was peeling and stained, the limo was filthy, AND THERE WAS A BLOODY PAPER TOWEL INSIDE. Did I mention the foul odor? Our luxury red carpet package consisted of a bottle of champagne, 2 PBRS, and a Natty Ice.... The driver was terrible, we only made it to one of our stops because he did not know the area. Did I mention the tip is a mandatory 20% because that's how they pay the drivers so they don't have to pay taxes/benefits for their employees? NEVER AGAIN. At least the whole situation was slightly comical and we brought our own drinks. read more

WORST limo company!!!! I hired them for my best friends bachelorette party and they ruined our dinner reservations! 1.)They were an hour late 2.) The driver didnt bring the red carpet that I paid for 3.) The driver was speeding and all us girls were flying from side to side of the limo 4.) The windows & radio didn't work 5.) The limo was dirty and smelled horrible! Worst part is the owner won't even return your emails or phone calls when there is a problem. Think twice before you use them! read more

DON'T DO IT! I made reservations thru LIMOS.COM & was assigned Elegant Arrivals. I'll keep this as short & precise as possible. Our ride home from the airport NEVER happened!! Apparently our assigned driver had never done an airport pick-up. After confirming our ride home a few times, we arrived in EWR to a message from our driver saying he had been stuck in traffic & was running late. I thought "OK - That's fine", since our flight was running 20 minutes behind, by the time we managed to secure our baggage & get snacks for the ride home (having traveled over 4 hrs. from Puerto Rico), we should all be outside at pick up around the same time. WRONG!. After waiting 15 mins. more outside I called the driver who said he was still going to be "at least a 1/2 hour longer". Already unsatisfactory. I've used limo services plenty of times & know that they arrive early- being late for a pick-up is completely unacceptable. But- things happen- so we'll be patient... Cut to 2 hours later, multiple phone calls- once we even had the driver speak with a cab driver in the pick up area to give him exact directions!- We watched him drive by twice, on the wrong ramp, telling him he was going the wrong way! - Finally after an agonizing 2++ HOURS standing outside the Newark airport close to midnight at this point with 2 young kids, we had to hire a cab. YES A CAB! to Philly suburbs-- Cost us around $300... & numerous meltdowns by a 5 year old. SOON WE WERE JUST GETTING THE DRIVER'S VOICEMAIL! NO ONE EVER EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL & I'M PRETTY SURE THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVER EVEN BOTHER FINDING HIS WAY!! Good Thing we stopped waiting!! TALK ABOUT UNBELIEVABLE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! *Also- Side Note: The reservation was for 4 People- 2 adults, 2 kids for a "Stretch Limo for 8-10 People", some descriptions said 6 people.. We were headed to an island & packed lightly- bathing suits & cover-ups basically. We each had 1 bag. 2 average to medium, 2 small carry-on size. The trunk didn't even fit them all! There were smelly gas cans & 'junk' cluttering the entire trunk so that we ended up having to ride with our bags in the [outdated] passenger area. This is a vehicle for 8-10 people?!?! I think not. ~~Signed, STRANDED IN NEWARK! I'll Post an Update as to our Refund... So far I was told everyone was gone- call again tomorrow.... When I called the man knew exactly who I was so why wasn't I ever contacted & dealt with??!! Besides being Inadequate, this just screams Poor Customer Service!! read more

I used ELEGANT ARRIVALS last nite to go to a show at the State Theater. I would have given a five star rating but there were issues with arrival time due to scheduling conflicts on their part but our driver Christian made up for it with just how well he was how awesome he was with us very professional they did upgrade us to the extended Navigator because of the arrival issues for no extra charge which is very nice so I would definitely recommend this company and I would absolutely 100% recommend Christian as your driver read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I paid almost $1500 for a trolley for my wedding which BROKE DOWN trying to get people back to the hotel and I had to have one of my guest's tow them up the hill to get running! The company offered me $100 back!! This place has horrible customer service, I feel bad for the office people that have to deal with such a lousy company and boss for that matter who wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. I would NEVER use this place EVER again!!! BEWARE!! read more

Although our driver was very nice my wife and I were unhappy with this limousine company. Although the trolley was nice we were told beer and chapaigne would be included since we were taking the trolley to our wedding venue. The beer they included was natural ice! "Naty ice" is such a horrible beer I don't even think college kids will drink it anymore. It was embarrassing that I have that quality of beer for my wedding party. Not to mention we were told we would get something going respectable such as coos or bud light. read more

The absolute worst limousine company in the area. We rented a limousine for our daughter's prom. The owner's wife told me which limo we would be getting by looking at the website. The limousine that pulled up that night was so far below the level or standard of the one shown on the website. It looked like it had been spray painted on the bottom, the window tint was bubbling and peeling, it had spinners on the tires and it was smaller than the one promised. The kids were smooched inside which is a clear safety hazard above all things. I called the company and just like the other reviewer stated, they said the one on the website was in the garage. Of course we had no recourse at that very moment or means of getting these kids to the prom so we used it, embarrassingly enough. They stated that it says in the contract that they have the option to substitute if limo promised is unavailable. Ok, but wouldn't you assume you would be getting at least something on par ???? It's a bait and switch and apparently not the first time this company has done this. In fact, they've been taken to court and the plaintiffs won. This is deplorable and they are such a dishonorable company; they should be put out of business! We're not done with this but please do not use them !!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible!! We used the limo bus for our wedding party and the n we used it later to pick up some of our guests. Words can't even begin to describe the frustration I have with this company! When we called they seemed great! They told us all about the "red carpet" they do and that they provide water, soda, beer and two bottles of champagne. That is not true. We did not get the red carpet, did not get water, there was about 2 sodas and about 5 random weird beers and 1 bottle of cheap champagne. If that was the only issue we had with this company I would not be writing this review! When the limo bus arrived it was the wrong bus. My husband had told the driver that so the driver called the owner Steve. Steve was a complete jerk! He told my husband that if he didn't like the bus that he got that he can get off the bus and we can get our money back. Seriously? That's how you are going to treat someone on their wedding day? After all that, we realized that the A/C was broken! It was an 86 degrees day and we did about 3 1/2 hours of pictures outside. I was dying!! I had sweat rolling down my face and back the whole time. We had to open all the windows to get relief and with myself and the bridesmaids just getting our hair done, was not something we wanted to have to do. Once pictures were over I asked the driver if he could please get a different bus with A/C before he picked up the guest for the wedding. He said he would. Well he didn't! My guests told me when they arrived the bus was insanely hot and had trash all over it. I was told that we could leave the trash on the bus from our wedding party and it would be taken care of. How embarrassing that my guest got in a bus covered with trash. Lastly, we used the same shuttle for out after party. The driver dropped us off at a bar and he told us that he would be waiting in the parking lot. The bar closed at 1:30am. We all wanted to leave around 1:20 so we went out to the parking lot to get on the bus and he was nowhere to be found. We couldn't get a hold of him for over 10 mins, finally had to call dispatch who then had to call him to tell him to come back. 30 mins later he arrives. I completely understand that things happen that are out of peoples control but the way that all this was handled was unprofessional. I tried to speak to the owner Steve and every time I spoke he cut me off. A company that deals with anything wedding related should have exceptional customer service to help make sure the bride and grooms day is less stressful than it already is. This company was the only reason I was stressed on my wedding day! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

While I was extremely worried when looking at the reviews, this company isn't as bad as everyone says. They were very easy to work with making the reservation and the itinerary. But, for my prom, because I read review of them being late I changed my pick up time from 6:30 to 6:00. To my pleasant surprise, the limo driver was there a little before 5:30 and he had no issue waiting for us and was extremely polite. I do have a few (very small) complaints. First, we could not control the windows and also the air conditioning inside the limo did not work. Second the "red carpet" is more like a very small, dilapidated and dirty red rug. Lastly, the driver did get lost for a few minutes both ways. Although, he was extremely apologetic and cooperative. Overall, this company is very good for Proms at least. They reassure your reservation the day before. I don't have any experience with their other services. But I would absolutely recommend this as a "bang for your buck" limo service. I would recommend this company and use it again. read more

As long as you have Bob, everything's fantastic! On time and a gentleman! The ride went smoothly and we had a great time!

BEWARE! I was recently in a wedding in which the bride rented transportation from this dreadful company. The website looked great and the only perk of having champagne, beer, and sodas would never have covered for the absolute horrible experience we had. The trolley was outdated, the door didn't properly secure shut (a piece of wood was wedged in to hold it closed). The back half of the trolley was all open with no windows, *never noted anywhere* and everyone who had just had their hair done was out the $70 for hair. Then it gets EVEN better! The trolley, after being late getting guests to the venue.. BREAKS down after the event. Yes, breaks down. In the process of taking guests back to the hotel. A guest was kind enough to TOW the trolley to get it going again. The bride and groom both had to help arrange other transportation on their WEDDING NIGHT. The company was just horrible and useless! PLEASE STEER CLEAR of them. I wouldn't want anyone else wedding night ruined. read more

Our driver was fantastic! On time and very pleasant!- He even called when he was on his way! Worst experience ever! I hired this company for our Bachelor/Bachelorette Party recently and it sure became a night I'll never forget. When I called to order this limo, I was told the "package" came with 2 bottles of champagne, 1/2 case of beer, water and sodas...as well as a red carpet and flowers for the bride. The party bus showed up at my house and rolled out this disgusting "red" carpet that was about 1 foot long. Not that big of a deal but definitely not as extravagant and special as the person I ordered from described. We entered the party bus and it was hot, stuffy and faintly smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom (if you know what I mean). The Driver said he just turned on the air and once we got moving it would get a lot cooler in the bus. We asked the driver to stop down the street (1 mile away) so we could get cigarettes at the store. That's when the fun really began.....in that one mile drive the faint bathroom smell GOT SO MUCH WORSE!!!! All of us on the bus turned white and we almost about to lose everything in our stomach. On top of the god awful smell, the air condiitioning never kicked on so I'm sure you can imagine that smell combined with 90 degree humid weather. We all ran off the bus once we arrived at the store. The driver told us that he needed to get another vehicle and he could drive us back to our home. The smell was soooooo terrible we couldn't imagine getting back on that bus. The driver said he would be back in 15 - 20 minutes with a new vehicle. We sat outside of that store for an hour and 15 minutes before the driver showed up. Not only were we now extremely late for our reservations, but we were sweaty and terribly bug bitten. We arrived at our destination late and found out that we lost the large table reserved for our party and they could only accommodate us at the small table. We quickly left after feeling uncomfortable and ask the driver to take us to another location. All was fine and well and we asked the driver to take home 2 guests not feeling well earlier than the rest of the party. The driver did but the next day I found out that the driver was asking these guests to pay the "surcharge of $110". The guest advised that i was the contact who set up everything and to talk to me. The Driver never asked me for this surcharge which leads me to believe that he may have been trying to swindle money out of my guests....but I'm not sure. Seems a little odd to me. Although it was not the biggest deal in the world, we never received the 2 bottles of champagne promised in the "package". There was 1 bottle of champagne and a bottle of red wine. Ok....but the biggest kicker is they didnt even provide a corkscrew! so that wine was obviously pointless. I spoke with the owner of the company recently and explained the situation of what happened and he barely apologized nor did he seem sympathetic. I told him i wanted a refund for the time we were waiting around for his driver...1.5 hours. He told me to call back the next day and he will tell me later what the refund is and when its processed. I called back and he couldnt even remember how much the refund was for but told me it was only for 1 hour. I said but we waited longer than that and all he could keep saying is how he already discounted teh package price for me.....which i think is a bunch of crap. DONT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Over paid for a very, very old limo to take my bridal party to my wedding. The limo broke down on the way to the ceremony. If I could rate this place with a zero, I absolutely would. Our driver was very nice. However our reservation was for a town car. We were picked up in a Chevy Cobalt. The services we paid for were to include "complimentary champagne, water, and soda". Clearly Steve, the lovely *cough* individual we dealt with is unaware of the laws in PA and NY prohibiting open containers in regular sedans. Therefore we did not drink the champagne. Steve was extremely rude over the phone, his response being "we provide the champagne, whether you choose to drink it or not is your problem". I will never EVER book transport through this agency and strongly advise the same to anyone else. If you're going to pay over $200 for transportation and be picked up in a dingy Chevy, may aw well call an Uber. read more

In desperation, I sent an inquiry on Friday to limo.com for a limo for 9 on Saturday evening for my niece's bachelorette party. Nothing crazy - we were going to dinner & a show in Peddlers Village. Received a call from Stephen about an hour or two later. Elegant Arrival hadn't shown up on my search so I was a little confused/surprised. Anyway, Stephen shared they were having a special and explained their "red carpet" treatment for the bride-to-be: Red carpet, flowers, champagne, etc... Having already spoken with a few other companies and the service they provided for the price, I couldn't say "no"... Booked them. Carlos showed up ahead of the scheduled time. It was a surprise for the bride-to-be so as she was busy, I went out and discussed the details with Carlos. Signed the paperwork, etc. He laid out the "red carpet" (a little tattered - might want to replace that). As she walked out he handed her the flowers - they were really nothing special, but, it's the ceremony and she was thrilled!!! The limo was clean and appropriately spacious. My Niece opened her "bachelorette party gifts" on the ride down. We had brought a few bottles of sparkling wine - which we drank. After the Dinner/Show, the girls were thrilled to find the cooler with beer and more sparkling wine provided by the limo company for the ride home. Overall, an amazing success. Suggestion - Carlos couldn't get his GPS to find our destination. I ended up giving him my phone with GPS to use. Perhaps you want to update your driver's technology? Also, the girls couldn't get the radio/CD player to work?? In a pinch, I would use this company again. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I booked Elegant Arrivals because they advertised a Classic Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. We were local to the business and need their service for a few hours. I thought $560.00 + Gratuity was high for the time involved but that's the car we wanted for our son's wedding. What the bride arrived at the church in was poor looking Phantom Cloned Lincoln. After the bride and groom were delivered to the reception location and the wedding party was introduced I went to talk to the driver who was waiting for the "gratuity" that is already spelled out in the contract. I asked why it wasn't the contracted car and he said there was one in the garage but this is the car he was given. He didn't care that it wasn't the correct car all he wanted was to get paid. Sounds like he is used to this. I asked him to get Steve the boss on the phone which he did. Steve gave me a BS story that there was a brake issue on the real Rolls and it wasn't safe. I explained they should have called and he gave no response. I told Steve that I wasn't going to give the driver a gratuity and that Steve should be the one paying for the driver since I didn't get the requested service. Steve did agree to pay the driver and I told him to tell that to the driver and returned the phone to the driver. Steve confirmed to the driver that he would pay him the $120.00 to which the driver responded that he didn't care if this guy paid him or not. Steve's primary response was that the contract says they can substitute a vehicle if the contracted vehicle has a problem. If they would have called ahead and said there was a problem and adjusted the price for the vehicle provided I would have understood. This company and their driver was very unprofessional and don't provide the service requested. The only thing they know how to do is charge a premium price and not deliver what is promised. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. read more

We rented a Limo for my daughters 16th Birthday, early in Dec 2013, to go from PA to NYC, for a day in NYC. The 14 passenger Limo picked them up, and drove into NYC, the Limo must have stalled about 40 times while going into the City, stalled several times in the Lincoln Tunnel, scaring the passengers, every time the car stalled and was restarted the entire Limo went dark. After they were dropped off in NYC, the driver went back to PA and swapped Limos to an older Limo, all the controls for light, windows, radios, were duct taped into place, the sunroof did not work and the temperature control was stuck in high heat causing us to drive 90 miles with the windows cracked open. Due to the route the driver took we were in several hours worth of traffic, we ended up being charged for 5 hours of overtime. Once we contacted the owner and the receptionist, who has to be one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They did not even want to work with me and rectify this fiasco. Soon as we hung up the phone and not working with us, they charged my card immediately, probably charged my card before we hung up. I would not even give them 1 star but that is the lowest you can go. Stay away from this company, I know I will and every one I know will also. read more
