I was introduced to Collado via a mass mailing to my house. It couldn't have come at a better time because I wanted to look for a new car service for my trips to JFK. The timing was perfect, plus this business was in my locality (within 1.5 miles), so I thought I'd give this company ONE try. That one try, well, became another try, and the rest is history. As stated previously, I mostly use Collado for service to JFK airport. The cars are clean, newer models, and the drivers are professional. Very safe driver; always wears the seat belt, observes good traffic etiquette, and always looks after me. The driver always asks if I need anything (water, AC/Heat, or music, etc). Usually Collado arrives at my house about 15 minutes before departure and is always at the airport at time of arrival. I must have used this service over a dozen times and can claim they have never been late. Communications are crystal clear. The online reservation system is easy to use, and works well for me. Collado always follows up via text or call, and I know they'll be there when they say they'll be there. I don't think I'll ever go back to my former car service (another Lehigh Valley company). I've given Collado a try, and like I said, I haven't been done wrong and always go to the airport or to home a very happy man. I can recommend Collado with 5 stars, and more if there were more stars to choose from. I highly doubt this company has to worry about getting 1, 2, or 3 stars as long as Bobby Collado is in charge. The best first ride ever I've dealt with a lot of limo companies over the past 20 years. Many of them make a good first impression, some make a horrible first expression. But Collado Limousine lived up to its 5-star by giving us the best first ride I've ever had with any limo company. Our driver Bobby was very communicative from the moment we landed. We had reserved a sedan, but Bobby showed up curbside with a beautiful 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum, a big smile, and a great disposition. Bobby drove us from JFK airport to Allentown PA safely and comfortably. We later found out that he is one of the owner of the company, and that he was driving on a Sunday because two of the drivers who were scheduled to work that day had family emergencies so he gave them the day off. We also found out that they regularly upgrade customers to larger and more luxurious vehicles if they are not already reserved. How nice is that? This is the 5th different limo company I've tried in the Lehigh Valley, and as long as they keep providing such excellent service, they're going to be the only limo company I'll ever use. I am so impressed by Collado Luxury Ride. I was trying to get my college daughter home for Thanksgiving. I had found a bus that left from another college and needed to find transportation to get her to the other school. Given that it was a holiday weekend, I was having trouble finding someone who could commit to driving 2 college kids on a trip that did not involve an airport, AND guarantee that they would not miss the bus departure. When I called Collado and explained my situation, Leslie and Bobby were incredibly accommodating. Despite their packed schedule, they were willing to find a way to make it work. The level of customer service that I received was truly exceptional - especially given that it would have been a relatively small fare (the price was very reasonable). As it turned out, the bus company decided to add a stop at my daughter's school so that a ride was no longer needed. I was just so appreciative and impressed by this company that, while I almost never write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. I live in Easton PA but my work is in NY. As a regular commuter back and forth my car was taking on more mileage than I was comfortable with. I decided to try a commuter bus. I did not think I would like it. Regular buses are usually never on time and they are noisy and crowded and dirty. my research came up with the Collado Luxury Ride LLC Company and they sounded promising so I went ahead and made a reservation. When I saw the bus I immediately thought this was made specially for business commuters. It was professional and clean looking and so was the driver. It was a quiet and relaxing environment. I was able to access Wifi and get extra work done on my laptop (I was also able to charge my laptop on the bus). The driver was very informative and courteous when he spoke about the company. I decided to use the Collado luxury bus as my way of getting to work. I recommend it to any business person traveling to NY. My Grandma is 79 years old and was flying from Italy to JFK airport alone and I was pretty worried about getting her from the Airport to her destination in Bethlehem. When I contacted Collado Limousine Bobby was incredibly nice and helpful from the start. I felt confident I could trust them and booked the pick-up. It's impossible to put into words how incredibly great they were in every detail. They realized the flight was early when I didn't. Me and my boyfriend went to New York as a date day and we used the bus with Collado Luxury ride so we didn't have to bother with paying or looking for parking lol. The bus itself was so SLEEK and CLEAN i felt like a First Class Priority Passenger! It was comfortable and clean and when they say 'luxury ride' they weren't joking around! The driver was dressed to impress and treated us practically like royalty! He gave us a hand with getting on the bus and also gave us water bottles.
