The driver texted to let me know he was on site. We were met by the driver at the luggage carousel. He introduced himself and his driver trainee. They were both pleasant, well groomed and took great care on the road. read more

Very happy with AAA service as always. Holder was very professional and courteous throughout the journey. First , i had a delay at arrival due to weather related issues. Plus we hit the peak hour traffic on the way back home. So a 3 hour trip became a 5 - hour journey but Hilder never complained. read more

I use a lot of limo services, this one is by far the best. Our driver showed up on time and very cheerful. He loaded all our bags for us and there was complementary water, snacks and hand sanitizer in the limo for us. I felt very safe with him driving. My husband chatted with him all the way to the airport. This is the company I will be using from now on. Excellent job thank you. read more

Brandon & Diana and basically everyone in the office is amazing, gets back to us right away and is kind and friendly. The drivers are great too and always on time or early. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after my last ride, I won't be back. The vehicle was 20 years old, unlike the sleek modern limos shown on the website, and not in good shape: the suspension was shot (bounced my teeth loose), the interior was noisy (every panel & window rattled, and road noise was intense), and the AC did not work properly (either freezing or boiling). The driver was totally indifferent to these issues and unable to remedy any of them. He seemed offended that I asked him to fix the air, and just dropped me at home and drove off without a word. I called and reported this to the dispatcher. He said the manager was sick but would look into it and call back, but I never heard from them again. I was pleased with all my previous trips with AAA, but when their service costs almost as much as a plane ticket, I expect a great experience every time, or at least an apology. So, next time I'll be trying one of the many other limo services in the area. read more
