Omar arrived early, texted to say he was there and - for an early ride (7:30AM!) - was quiet and got me there on time. Second time with Knight Riders and won't be last read more

Once again, they have provided excellent service for me. Never can brag enough about a company that takes pride in customer service! I had to take an emergency flight out and took care of me without a flaw. They even had no issues in rescheduling when my flight was canceled. Kudos to Knight Riders! They're my go to and should be yours! read more

We had arranged pickup from Newark airport with Knight Riders last night. We have used this company several times before because of their reliability! Although our flight arrived EXTREMELY LATE, Jose, our driver, was right there outside departures within 5 minutes of our retrieving our bags!! We were apologetic but he was so gracious about the delay. He had waited over 3 hours for our plane to land!! Knight Riders will always be our limo service!! They are excellent! I have recommended them to friends as well! You will not be disappointed!! read more

Horrible! Asked and paid for a large vehicle. Was sent a small SUV for 4 people and 8 pieces of luggage. When I asked if I would be charged accordingly, I was told they need to look into it. Look into what!?! The owner is rude and the office staff is apparently not properly trained. The owner called to berate our driver while we were still in the car! Who does that! First and last time I use this company read more

Have used Knight Riders exclusively over the past 10+ years. Have always found a Norman to be predictable in meeting our needs, be it local trip, Airport run or a longer trip. His employees are always prompt and courteous and easy to deal with. Never once have we had a negative experience or been left waiting. Would have no qualms recommending Knight Riders for your transportation needs! Herkenham Family read more

Excellent company to use for trips to the airport! I live an hour away from the airport & sometimes when traveling with a lot of luggage or for a long trip, I use this company. I have used them 6 times & they have been reliable, on time, & professional. The drivers always show up at your house early, already know the direction they are taking to get you to your destination & are on top of traffic situations. I arrange the payment including the tip on my credit card which is charged a day or two later after your trip. The cars are clean & usually have a bottle of water in them for your convenience. The cars are also equipped with internet in case you need to work during your ride. Go ahead, try these guys out! read more

Whenever I fly into New Jersey I always schedule to have a care pick me up. The best is Knight Rider, never have I ever had a problem with this business. Even last minute pick ups, they always manage to schedule and always on time. read more

Great service very professional and driver was very pleasant..the owner has very fair prices and very accommodating

I always use them I've recommended them to family and friends and never disappointed in time professional service!

Norman is a bad businessman. Overcharged me for a limo with no notice. I am stopping payment. He nor the driver advised me of any change in agreed price . Do not do business with them. read more

Arrived in Allentown Airport and they forgot to send a car. Wanted me to wait an hour for them to pick me up. Not professional at all. Will never use them again. Very unfortunate since they came highly recommended and we used them to get to the airport. No excuse to forget to pick me up for my return. read more

We used Knight Riders for a limo ride on our night out with friends. Our driver Jason was awesome and accommodating, and Norman was there on the phone to make sure we were all set to go. Great service highly recommend! read more

We had a good experience going to JFK for our honeymoon. Would use again if needed.

We used them on Feb 7 and return trip on Feb 16. They were on time, very efficient and had two friendly drivers. Texted when we got off the plane and they were waiting for us outside of baggage pickup. Will use them again read more

Norman was incredible! He made sure we got to our destination in a timely manner, also made sure we had a great time along the way! The car was clean and we all felt safe during our travels. Will be using Knight Riders again as well as requesting Norman in the future! read more

Please do not book through this company if you think it is appropriate to be told whatever and hung up on! Completely unprofessional service - when I called back and questioned why I was hung up on the guys response was "did you want me to say thank you?" For real who treats customers this way?? read more

45 bucks to drive less than 15 minutes. Driver informed me I didn't need to wear my mask because of the "plastic shield" (shower liner taped to the roof of the car with many gaps). I informed her I'd rather leave it on (her mask was off the entire time even after this). Never using them again. read more

Shout out to David - our midnight driver - he is fantastic .... our family has been using these guys for years and they are always above and beyond! It's such a wonderful feeling knowing we will be picked up on time and treated wonderfully! Strongly recommend you give them a call! read more

These guys were good. Reliable car service, relatively good prices for the trip. The huge positive is their lax cancellation policy - only a few hours advance notice and no cancellation fee! read more

Don Not use Knight Riders Taxi Service. Despite telling them not to drive down the driveway - they did and they were stuck for over 90 minutes. I then had the driveway re plowed. Driver still couldn't get out. Driver said he was pretty much on his own- I told the driver I was going to call a tow service to get them out of my driveway. Then they refused to pay the towing company that got their car out of my driveway. " it was ridiculous for them to have to pay". I paid the service. I will never call them Knight Riders again- suggest you don't either. read more

Always thought using a limo service would reduce the stress of a trip, however our experience was quite the opposite. I will say the driver was very courteous but, he was over 30 min. late (he did call to say he was delayed at a car wash). Called back to say he could not locate our address and had to direct him. Once he arrived he started to leave without our luggage and had to remind him. When we got on the road he stated he had never been to the pier in NYC and was only on the job for 4 weeks. His GPS directed him to the GWB, which is not the best route and directed him to the Lincoln Tunnel. All in all we arrived on time. I felt bad for the driver and he did apologize many times, however for the price I expected much better. read more

Our family of 5 w/15 pieces of luggage + 3 car seats + 1 stroller + 5 personal bags booked our car service to JFK airport to catch an international flight through Knight Rider. They offered great rates and got great reviews, so we decided to go with them. We are so happy we did. Preparation for this international flight with 3 kids in tow was stressful enough without worrying about the quality and reliability of our car service. Knight Rider recommended we leave an hour earlier than we initially planned--which we are grateful for!--arrived on time, provided us with a friendly and polite driver and a clean 15-passenger van, just like we asked them to. No surprises other than the good kind! Everything is going smoothly. We have hit a little bit of traffic as they anticipated, but we are nearly at the airport and should be there on time. Couldn't ask for a more stress-free and pleasant experience. We highly recommend their services!!! read more

The car they sent was the Pitts, back carpet was filthy, dirty and grimy and the mats were in the same condition and there was one cloth car mat and one rubber car mat. In the front the strap handle on the drivers door was missing and the driver put his window down and the window came off the track and it took 2 or 3 minutes for him to get it fixed. When driving and hitting the pot holes the car rattled like you wouldn't believe. I called and complained and they showed Little interest. Never again... read more

Very progressional limo service! Outstanding customer service! The woman who runs the office Emily is extremely professional and courteous and was great to work with. The driver showed up at our location 15 mins early, the limo we ordered to take us to the airport after the wedding was veryy clean and comfortable. The driver gave us a quick lesson on what every button in the back does for our comfort, he even stopped along the way to get us ice! He was friendly and made the ride extremely enjoyable! This is my first time using this company and will definitely not be my last and I will recommend this limo company to all my friends and family in the area! 5 starts knight riders! Great job! read more

Would never use these folks again for transportation. The driver never bothered to get out of the car to assist with our bags and claimed he never saw us come out of the house. Cars are filthy inside and with 3 hours buffer to get us to the airport he drove like a complete idiot and had to skid off the road to avoid hitting stopped cars in front of us. It was the first time I've ever used them and it will be my last. If it weren't for my other limo service being booked that day I never would have had to call this "service". I see from the previous reviews that Norman loves his own company...makes sense to me. read more

We recently used Knight Riders to pick up two senior family members in New York and bring them to an event in New Jersey. The next day we arranged for them to be brought back home. We could not have been happier with the company's reliability, timeliness and overall customer service. We spoke numerous times to the wonderful Emily who assigned a fabulous driver named Chad to take care of our family. During the weekend I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who was equally accommodating. On the first leg of the journey the driver noticed that the seniors were having a little trouble getting into the minivan and without anyone asking the service switched the second trip to a town car. This is a great company that will not disappoint any looking for a reliable and caring car service. read more
