Although our flight arrived EXTREMELY LATE, Jose, our driver, was right there outside departures within 5 minutes of our retrieving our bags!! We were apologetic but he was so gracious about the delay. He had waited over 3 hours for our plane to land!! Knight Riders will always be our limo service!! They are excellent! Horrible! Asked and paid for a large vehicle. Was sent a small SUV for 4 people and 8 pieces of luggage. When I asked if I would be charged accordingly, I was told they need to look into it. Excellent company to use for trips to the airport! I live an hour away from the airport & sometimes when traveling with a lot of luggage or for a long trip, I use this company. I have used them 6 times & they have been reliable, on time, & professional. The drivers always show up at your house early, already know the direction they are taking to get you to your destination & are on top of traffic situations. I arrange the payment including the tip on my credit card which is charged a day or two later after your trip. The cars are clean & usually have a bottle of water in them for your convenience. 45 bucks to drive less than 15 minutes. Driver informed me I didn't need to wear my mask because of the "plastic shield" (shower liner taped to the roof of the car with many gaps). Don Not use Knight Riders Taxi Service. Despite telling them not to drive down the driveway - they did and they were stuck for over 90 minutes. I then had the driveway re plowed. Driver still couldn't get out. Driver said he was pretty much on his own- I told the driver I was going to call a tow service to get them out of my driveway. Then they refused to pay the towing company that got their car out of my driveway. " it was ridiculous for them to have to pay". I paid the service. I will never call them Knight Riders again- suggest you don't either. read more

Always thought using a limo service would reduce the stress of a trip, however our experience was quite the opposite. I will say the driver was very courteous but, he was over 30 min. late (he did call to say he was delayed at a car wash). Called back to say he could not locate our address and had to direct him. Once he arrived he started to leave without our luggage and had to remind him. When we got on the road he stated he had never been to the pier in NYC and was only on the job for 4 weeks. His GPS directed him to the GWB, which is not the best route and directed him to the Lincoln Tunnel. All in all we arrived on time. I felt bad for the driver and he did apologize many times, however for the price I expected much better. read more

They offered great rates and got great reviews, so we decided to go with them. We are so happy we did. Preparation for this international flight with 3 kids in tow was stressful enough without worrying about the quality and reliability of our car service. Knight Rider recommended we leave an hour earlier than we initially planned--which we are grateful for!--arrived on time, provided us with a friendly and polite driver and a clean 15-passenger van, just like we asked them to. No surprises other than the good kind! Everything is going smoothly. We have hit a little bit of traffic as they anticipated, but we are nearly at the airport and should be there on time. The car they sent was the Pitts, back carpet was filthy, dirty and grimy and the mats were in the same condition and there was one cloth car mat and one rubber car mat. In the front the strap handle on the drivers door was missing and the driver put his window down and the window came off the track and it took 2 or 3 minutes for him to get it fixed. When driving and hitting the pot holes the car rattled like you wouldn't believe. I called and complained and they showed Little interest. Never again... read more

Very progressional limo service! Outstanding customer service! The woman who runs the office Emily is extremely professional and courteous and was great to work with. The driver showed up at our location 15 mins early, the limo we ordered to take us to the airport after the wedding was veryy clean and comfortable. The driver gave us a quick lesson on what every button in the back does for our comfort, he even stopped along the way to get us ice! He was friendly and made the ride extremely enjoyable! Would never use these folks again for transportation. The driver never bothered to get out of the car to assist with our bags and claimed he never saw us come out of the house. Cars are filthy inside and with 3 hours buffer to get us to the airport he drove like a complete idiot and had to skid off the road to avoid hitting stopped cars in front of us. It was the first time I've ever used them and it will be my last. If it weren't for my other limo service being booked that day I never would have had to call this "service". We recently used Knight Riders to pick up two senior family members in New York and bring them to an event in New Jersey. The next day we arranged for them to be brought back home. We could not have been happier with the company's reliability, timeliness and overall customer service. We spoke numerous times to the wonderful Emily who assigned a fabulous driver named Chad to take care of our family. During the weekend I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who was equally accommodating. On the first leg of the journey the driver noticed that the seniors were having a little trouble getting into the minivan and without anyone asking the service switched the second trip to a town car.
