I contacted Hugo Boss local stores and corporate on several occasions and they refuse to stand by their products.  Don't buy their shoes they are garbage. There is a reason you can find them cheap at discount stores, they don't last and Hugo Boss couldn't care less if you are dissatisfied.  I've been treated much better by every other name brand. Years have passed and I am writing this review because I was so hurt after visiting this store for…read morethe first time. I would have never stepped foot in this store if I had known what was in store for me. I was a rising and upcoming designer. My designs were so different that I was noticed by a New York police officer that approached me and asked me where did I get my coat and handbag. I told him that I was the designer. He then asked me if I would be attending Fashion Week. I told him that I hadn't even heard of such. He literally walked me and a friend of mine to where it would be held. He told me if I would get back to New York during that time, he would let me be his guest. I was able to return and he kept his word. I was able to attend that event. While in New York I got to do some shopping. I visited a few of the high end department stores, one being FENDI. When I walked in the store with my friend in one of my original designs, the store got silent. It was almost like people were spellbound. After a few minutes, people began to tell me how beautiful my attire was. I was truly honored to receive such attention in this big city being that I am a little country girl. I really enjoyed my stay in New York. Months later I received a telephone call from a friend, asking me if I sold my design to FENDI when I went to New York. My response was, no, why do you ask? They said they saw my design in the ELITE traveler magazine, the July/August 2007 edition page 62. I immediately went and bought the magazine and when I opened it to the page, I was in shock. They added their name to the bag. I did seek an attorney with my copyright papers. The attorney agreed that they had definitely taken my design. He told me it would be very costly to go after this company so therefore I was left with not only a broken heart but a broken dream. My handbags were created by hand and not a machine. Art wear! They were being made to help underprivileged children. I was just trying to aid those less fortunate than myself. I just want the person who took it upon themselves to steal from me know, that in life we may think we are getting away with things that are not right to do but one day we will all be held accountable for our actions. God sees and knows everything. I know that you may have been spellbound when you saw my design and you thought to yourself, I'll recreate this and call it VOODOO. It's been 19 years and maybe more, I just want you to publicly know that I forgive you and I never thought a prestige company would do something like this. I was taught do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I know for a fact, you don't want anyone to steal from you, that's why you have security guards and security cameras. Or is it so you can roll the camera back and take pictures of designs that you've never seen before? I really hate the day I stepped foot across your threshold. I pray that those who read this review to the end will never spend another dime with your company. If they do, their no better than this company!

The staff down to the manager is unreliable they don't know how to size people properly. We also signed up for a customer account to save 40 Percent off our total order we saved 40 Percent on one item. It's just frustrating to have representives from a store do something misleading to get a sale. When we went to Woodbridge location completely different everything is so much better they ago above and beyond.
