I arrived early as instructed to fill out their waiver, however another class was in session and there was no one at the front desk. I'm not sure if this is how it normally is. When their class ended the instructor had me fill out your typical safety waiver. Instructor was nice, friendly, and attentive which I appreciated because I'm new to Pilates and their equipment. She was very helpful in guiding the class but also walking around the room and assisting as needed. It was such a great, effective, low impact workout. The space felt clean. There are cubbies in the front where you leave your stuff and shoes. I was told there were cubbies in the back room if preferred. They are located in a shopping plaza on Jefferson with a parking lot. I recommend bringing pilates/yoga grip socks but I noticed some people were barefoot. They have socks and apparel for sale. Would recommend and would go back.

My third class was rescheduled by the teacher and unfortunately I made a mistake adding it to my calendar. Because of this my last class was forfeited and I lost $66. I read the disclosures and waivers I signed. I couldn't find this anywhere in the fine print, but maybe I missed it. I think it would be less harsh to pay a fee of $15, maybe $30, and keep my last class. Or better yet, be able to find where the forfeited class and loss of $66 is in the "rules" I enjoyed my first two classes, studio was clean and the owner was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to find a new way to get movement in my life, but I can't afford a $66 mistake on a class that was rescheduled by the teacher.

Upon arrival I told the young female receptionist I had joined online through One Pass and probably needed to sign my waiver, download their app for check ins (I assumed), and get class information, etc. Instead of welcoming me in any way she told me twice they don't do One Pass. I tried assuring her I had received confirmation (from Club Pilates). She asked if perhaps my membership was through Class Pass because they didn't participate with One Pass. I told her I was given a member code to give to them. While I searched my phone for the code she exasperatedly asked for my name. It was at that time she put down the towels she was folding. She looked on her computer, and said, she found it. I signed the waiver, asked my questions - including how much private lessons cost? She replied, "oh they cost a lot of money." She never told me how much. I left. I felt so unwelcome. I wondered if she just didn't want to do her job or didn't want me there. Her sheer lack of effort, condescending, and lackadaisical attitude made me wonder should I cut my losses and find another gym? After careful consideration I decided that she didn't get to decide my fate so I scheduled my first class with Madi and loved it! I haven't seen that receptionist since and hopefully she's gone. Lol. The gym is small and intimate with reformer machines. Classes range from beginner to advanced pilates daily. The location is at the Outlets near Peets Coffee with shared parking. Like the gym but minus 2 stars for the front desk representative.
