They also did not find my eye insurance initially. If I give you my insurance card, wouldn't you maybe ask about that? Had the customer service been better, that would have been one thing, but it seemed to me that they just saw me as a dollar sign. They sent me two reminder emails about my appointment. Went to the appointment and the next day I got an email "sorry we missed you." Did they check to see if I went? Sorry to miss my payments? Well, check your records, because I went. won't be returning.

Dawn at the front desk checked me in and out and set up my next appointment and checked my insurance to explain what they covered, she was very thorough, professional and did it all with a Smile, you could tell she is very experienced and good at her job. Last but not least Dr. Zena was also great, he also talked to me and gave me time instead of rushing me out, I really appreciate that as it seems most places do that, your just a number, but at Babylon Smiles your much more than that, they really care about their patients and it shows in the great staff. I will be recommending this office to my friends. 5 Star review from me!!!

Unfortunately the people in billing, namely a Theresa made my last contact with this office awful. There was a billing discrepancy that I was not made aware of for months until I had another appointment. My file was updated but myself the patient was not. I had never had this happen in my life in the medical industry but Theresa said this was normal but clearly it was not. In trying to understand how this happened and asking if there is a way I can avoid this happening again; she cuts me off with an odd attitude saying " I already said sorry what more do you want". I would have switched offices if it wasn't for Dr.Cha's amazing work. If it wasn't for her it would be a 5 star review.

I drive an hour and 15 minutes to come here. Why? well, we can push aside the fact that I've known these people, literally, my entire life. Dr. Donahue and Segnini are amazing. They always have the most up to date technology, they have been on the cutting edge for years. They're both brilliant and personable. Let me tell you a little story - a few years ago, I cracked my jaw and fractured it in three places, having it wired shut for 6 weeks with several broken teeth. Dr Donahue fixed all my teeth, saved my smile and even helped me with the rehab when my wires came off.
