Lee came highly recommended to me from many people that I work with in the NYPD as well as many friends of mine in the FDNY. They all said that if you want your place sold for the best price .... "you better call Lee !" And boy were they right. It was an absolute pleasure to have Lee Wasserman representing me. From beginning to end Lee was an absolute professional. His vast knowledge and experience of Brooklyn real estate is incomparable to other brokers that I considered using for my sale. I knew immediately after meeting Lee that he was the right person for the job. He really has his finger on the pulse of the market. There was no question or concern too big or small for him. I plan on using him in all my future real estate endeavors. Thank you Lee and thank you Bergen Basin!!!

The place was a nightmare for a year. WATERBUGS. I also smelled sewage, which she said was from a sewage plant (I'm pretty sure the sewage place she is talking about is much further down, and doesn't explain why I smell sewage IN THE BUILDING). When I contacted her months after and told her the trouble I was having, she first got defensive, but then offered to help me in August. When I told her my lease would expire before the time she mentioned she could help me, she never responded. In fact, I never heard from her again. She took a commission to get me into a place that has had issues for a long time now (other realtors I spoke to knew about that place). Then wasn't honorable enough to help me get out of the plac.e Based on my experience, I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID PHYLLIS. It wasn't honorable service.

Good thing too because I was looking for an apartment. I recently got engaged and wanted to surprise my fiance with a new and renovated place for the both of us. We want to start a family so somewhere in Queens where is quite would be good for us. I recently have been looking around but having someone to help me could be beneficial to me. I walked in before going back home after leaving my friend's house and the receptionist gave me a business card to call back tomorrow morning because they were closing for the day. She told me she was selling a few homes in the neighborhood that I could look at. I went alone to check it out for myself and it wasn't too shabby. I will call tomorrow morning to make an appointment to discuss what I really want and what is good for my fiance and I. Great to see the community I know change for the good and allow people from the neighborhood to buy into where they have lived for many generations. The best thing you can do is own property after renting for so long.
