When I told her my lease would expire before the time she mentioned she could help me, she never responded. In fact, I never heard from her again. She took a commission to get me into a place that has had issues for a long time now (other realtors I spoke to knew about that place). Then wasn't honorable enough to help me get out of the plac.e Based on my experience, I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID PHYLLIS. It wasn't honorable service.
