Quite honestly the worst realty experience I have ever had…read more The people who run it mean well enough, it is a small but growing company, however, the people who I have worked with are mostly kids who lack any degree of professionalism. My first appointment I was kept waiting outside the apartment for hours in the rain, the agent never showed up. It wasn't until another agent came by who was showing the apartment to another couple came by was I able to come in out from the cold and the rain. My first tour was quick and curt and I was not really given enough time to tour the apartment. During the second appointment, I was switched off to another agent at the last minute, who had apparently been told that I had said that my credit score was incredibly high. I had at no point mentioned my credit to anybody at their company. I was given a brief tour of the apartment before being rushed out. I had then, at that time, told the agent about my poor credit. I asked him about Guarantor options. He clarified with me that if I get a guarantor, I will be cleared for the apartment. I graciously thanked him and left exasperated, but excited at the prospect of my new apartment. Imagine my rude awakening the next day when I am told VIA TEXT MESSAGE that I would in fact NOT be approved for the apartment. Why not? I had the income, I had 40x the rent, I had a guarantor, I had references, I literally had everything necessary to be approved. The agent didn't tell me because he "didnt want to hurt my feelings." The entire point of a guarantor is to assist people with poor credit. This company is absolutely asinine in its procedures and does not even understand the point of a guarantor. DO NOT USE SUBWAY MANAGEMENT, YOU WILL BE SEVERELY DISSAPOINTED!!!
